I questioned a battery operated immersion blender to start. And being a serious cook with no self-discipline I really wanted to pull the trigger on the $200+ Waring. Glad I didn’t, this blends chia seeds and and few almonds with no trouble. It been great for making marmalade when I am in too much of a hurry to julienne orange peels. I just whiz it in a container of soapy water to clean for most shallow tasks. And I never hesitate to get it out like with corded mixers. Fast and my tasks lasts many days charges. The only reason it’s not 5 star ease of use is you have to remove the blade assembly to charge it. I don’t find the button arrangement difficult to control speed like some reviews claim. But I have very large hands.

I make a soup every year around Thanksgiving that requires being blended after cooking. Previously, I would transfer the soup in batches into a standard blender. But with this tool, I was able to blend all of the soup right in the pot.The plastic pot guard can sometimes be a bit tricky to fasten on, but it works. You may also need to alternate a couple times between blending and stirring to ensure that everything is blended nicely. But overall, I rate this as an excellent product.

This is quite powerful but seems overpriced when compared to blenders. I wouldn’t use it with ice. Cleaning the blade area manually is risky; I suggest operating it in hot soapy water right after using it, before anything can dry onto it. The container that comes with it is made of extremely thin plastic and feels flimsy.

This is a serious cooking tool! It blends most everything I’ve tried it on to a smooth consistency in a matter of seconds with no missed chunks like the Oster and Hamilton Beach models I’ve owned previously left. It never bogs down- just press harder on the button for an extra burst of power.I like that the blade section detaches for washing so that you don’t have to worry about getting the motor wet.Do pay attention to the dimensions though, as it is larger and heavier than many immersion blenders.

Come over for some creamy broccoli cheese soup. With this handy tool, soup is always ready. Itโs so easy to use and more powerful than I had anticipated. I like it!

I love how powerful this is. Variable speed is built into the on/off button. It’s a hefty appliance but it pureed my pumpkin better than anything else I’ve ever used.

Itโs functional and easy to clean. Pop the end off and put it in the dishwasher. Itโll blend nuts and bolts if you need it to because of the power.

The whisk is very hand in the kitchen, for chopping things very finely and even use when canning raspberry jam.. hit the liquid with the immersion blender and it will separate the raspberry seeds from the pulp so you can strain them out and make your jam less crunchy! The bottom comes up for easy cleaning.
