I am an owner of Panasonic bread machine many years but I like the KitchenArm since they offer 100% rye and whole wheat bread, plus yogurt and jam making option. I thought it was too good to be true since I have tried other expensive bread machines and I had to return it. One thing is for sure I had no idea how good of a customer service was provided during my trial! After making my first French bread as you would see on my pictures, I wasn’t satisfied and left an email to the company with a note that I used same recipe as my Panasonic and the dome looks deflated! I was ready to send it back. The next day I got a long email telling what I should watch and what to do. This was the beginning of series of guidance by Tony. Eventually we managed to make a perfect white basic bread with Tony’s help! It shows how perfect it was❤️ I found out that ordering fresh instant yeast was the solution plus adding one egg since I am using unbleached organic flour solved my problems.Since then I have baked perfect, French bread, 100% rye bread, perfect white bread and tasty sourdough bread with my previous sourdough starter⭐️❤️⭐️❤️ Perfect cakes and perfect jam, tasty yogurt⭐️❤️There are many advantages you have in this bread maker; excellent customer service, all purpose flour to bread flour conversion, great bread recipes, great jam maker, great cake maker, great yogurt maker plenty of option to creat your own home recipe.The flavor, texture of the breads that I made nothing even close to the Panasonic! I thought Panasonic made the best bread but I was wrong!If you are trying to buy a bread maker, this is the best!I want to mention that I bake the best artisan sourdough bread so my next project is to prepare the sourdough with the help of the machine but bake it in my oven. I love my bread maker! The pictures are from my first attempt which I was very pleased with. This is my first bread maker. It is important to read through the manual and recipe instructions to get acclimated with the machine. The recipe will tweak a bit if you’re using bread flour, all purpose flour, and bleached vs unbleached flour – being I never baked bread before I didn’t realize. The instruction manual and recipe book are very thorough with instructions. I did weigh my ingredients vs using a measuring cup. I’m happy with the way the bread turned out and looking forward to experimenting with the recipe book.

This is a lovely bread machine. I’ve gone through 2 Zojirushis and loved them both. When my second Zo died after a bit over a decade of hard use I was in a quandary. I love making my own bread but at my age I couldn’t justify spending all that money on another Zojirushi. It took a few days of reading many reviews on other machine as well as this one, but I decided to take a chance on this machine. I wasn’t quite sure what to think when I opened the box but I followed the directions and made a “test” loaf of plain white bread using the recipe that came with the machine. It was wonderful! Crusty outside, soft inside…perfect. I thought the loaf being vertical as opposed to being horizontal would be annoying but it isn’t. Actually, I rather like it since I get more crust that way. The recipe booklet that was included is outstanding. Each loaf I’ve made has been excellent. I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone who’s looking for a good bread machine at a reasonable price.

When I first got the breadmaker and realized that this was Smart Automatic techenical machine that was did so many things except make the bed, I got nervous. I had been baking bread for years using only the dough cycle then baking it in my crockpot or oven. The previous makers over baked the bread. Now that I am down sized to 2 people the large size bread is too much and got wasteful. So I wanted to have a breadmaker that would make a 1 pound loaf from kneading to bake without a dried out dark cooked finished product. I found it. The first loaf I made didn’t turn out so good. I used my own tried and true recipe using the basic light crust 1 pound setting. Beautiful loaf with excellant taste and texture.

I love this bread maker. It came to my attention through a general internet search for top-rated bread makers, scoring highly on multiple sites for value as well as funtion. It’s the best I’ve owned.The User’s Manual and recipe book are beautifully detailed. If you read all the way through the directions and follow those, your success is virtually guaranteed. So far we’ve been so happy with the basic white bread (1.5 lbs. as suggested) that we’ve felt no need to explore further. An extra metal paddle is included, which is awfully nice.The customer support really inspires confidence. I’ve only contacted them to register the product, but they’re so welcoming and supportive that I have no doubt that they would help with any kind of problem. Go KitchenArm!

Love this thing. I do not eat a lot of bread but when I have a hankerin’ for a slice or two, this is the way to go. My favorite is making the Raisin Bread with Wheat flour, page 6.One item to note where the directions are incorrect is when adding the raisins.I tried their way and then did it my way, my way (actually the way I found online) worked much better.Measure out your flour and your raisins. Then add a bit of your flour to the raisins and shake them about and separate them so they are covered in flour and dump the whole thing back into flour you measured out. This way I ended up with raisins throughout my bread as opposed to adding the raisins when the directions state which caused me to end up with a lump of raisins at the bottom of my bread.

Amazing product, I’m 100% satisfied, I made 2 recipes , one in regular white bread ? and one cheese ? bread ? , the flavor is beyond my expectations.I really recommend this to anyone who want to make homemade bread, easy to use , saves time and the taste is amazing, 100% better than store bought bread.Just follow the instructions in each recipe, I did exactly what they said and the result was amazing , I’m so excited to try all the recipes in the book as well as the yogurt and jam .
