Product worked fine. The few times I used it… BUTBought about 2.5 years ago. Last used Thanksgiving 2021, washed and dried thoroughly and put back in original packaging. Pulled out of box (Sept 2022) and noticed breech of freeze liquid vessel and tremendous corrosion. UnusableWould like to put in warranty claim but links are dead

Good product but misleading description I was in kind of a hurry when I ordered this, thinking it was a real KitchenAid attachment. It looks exactly like my old KitchenAid ice cream maker. The only difference is the piece that attaches to the mixer was a little different. I was surprised after I used it a couple times to look at it real well end it was actually not a Kitchenaid. So far it’s been working OK. However, I have never been real happy about companies that make knock off items and then name it something that at a quick glance looks like the original but it’s not. I might have purchased this item anyway because it was a bit less expensive than the real Kitchenaid. But it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I was tricked in the body in it by a similar name.

I really wish I would have just gotten a stand alone ice cream maker. This is good for a small family or individuals. It took a lot longer to make than specified in the recipe which was very inconvenient due to the bowl starting to thaw. I wasn’t able to make the ice cream and the only way to freeze the bowl is to put it in the freezer which I couldn’t do because of my ice cream mixture. Very sad ? didn’t love it like I thought I would.

This seller is top notch. Purchased this a couple of weeks and one of the plastic parts was cracked. He sent me a entire new unit when he only needed to send one little part. We made ice cream last night and it was delicious. It comes out soft serve but if you like it a little harder just pop it in the freezer. We put snickers candy in and it tasted just like dairy queen ?

We made Ice Cream and it was so easy and so good. I purchased the storing containers as well. You can make Ice Cream ahead of time or to eat right away. We ate the first batch right away. It was like the Old Fashioned Fosters Freeze Soft from when I was young . The next night we left ice cream in the freezer and it was a firmer. You have to remember to put the bowl in the freezer at least 12-15 hours ahead of making the delicious desert. It attaches so easy to the appliance.

We have had our refurbished kitchenaid for about a year now and use it all the time. My husband loves to make ice cream and bake with it. Don’t be afraid to try one that has been repaired they can save a lot of money and still have a long life if taken care of. We have also bought the shredding attachments and they work great on this machine.
