Just received it today, it’s cute and light. But is it normal for this brand for the top lid to be not tight seal? Because mine doesn’t seal tight and that is the reason for 3 stars. Will update once I use it.UPDATE:I return the 1st one I got and ask for replacement. Replacement came right away and definitely better than the 1st shipment I received, top wasn’t clanky and noisy. Being said that, I am using this particular rice cooker for the first time. It did all that it says in the manual, but it didn’t cook my rice! And using a rice cooker is not new to me. What am I doing wrong? I press the power on, and then select the kind of rice, cooking lit up but it didn’t cook my rice. As if I mis-step but there is only one way before I can select the kind of rice. So I just unplug it and did the same step for the 2nd time, this time it cooked my rice but it’s a little under done. And I followed the rice/water ratio right since I’ve been using the same jasmine rice for so long and I do eat rice daily.2ND UPDATE:Change from 3 to 5 stars! Used it for the second time, and it worked as it should without any problem! Rice came out really fluffy and cooked perfectly. I’m so glad I got this one to replace my old Cuisnart. Love it!

Was pack well and simple to use.. clean your rice.. add water and cook it.. when it is done.. it keep your rice warm.. until you turn it off.

It’s pretty cheaply made. The lid feels like it will fall off any minute. It takes a LONG time just to cook one or two cups of rice, faster on my stove top.

My husband purchased this for cooking convenience. For me, of course.My old rice cooker broke. Boo.Anywho, this rice cooker is small enough to fit anywhere but I gave it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it takes longer to cook.The white rice takes about 30 minutes which is normal but cooking brown rice is about an hour. I cook for two so I only use two cups of rice. That should’ve been a quick cook.My other issue with this is when you keep the rice on warm after it’s cooked, the bottom of the pot will crust up from the rice sitting there, so I have to unplug the rice cooker after it is done.So much for keeping the rice warm.Overall, if you just need rice real quick without having to keep it warm for a later serving, this is a good enough cooker.I also used it to steam dumplings and it didn’t steam it the way I wish it would.Three stars it is.
