Once I figured out all one needed to do was unscrew the stopper from the shaft, assemble then push the plunger and re-screw the stopper onto the shaft all was good.The dough thickness needs to be loose enough to flow well as the outlet isn’t all that big. But it makes appropriate size small doughnuts.
