I need a lot of chopped garlic or onions for certain recipes, but I hate standing over it doing the cutting manually. This thing, in about 3 seconds has the job done. It does leave a few big pieces, but pick those out because if you keep trying to get those cut up, you will mince too much the ones already cut. Be careful when cleaning because the blade IS very sharp. I have not had much trouble cleaning it, but I imagine it depends on what you put in it. It is the blade you have to be very careful of when cleaning. I would order this again, and also gift it.

I use this mini food processor solely for my cat’s freeze dried food, so I do not know how it would function on veggies, etc. I find it is very quiet compared to other small processors I have used. It cleans easily and is good quality for the price.

Glad I purchased this however I will be looking for a bigger and more powerful one. This is not useful for really large amounts of items, for me, it takes too long. However, it’s pretty good to have on hand.

I love this little chopper. It works better for chopping and purreing small quatintities than my full size cuisineart or my full size blender! Simple and easy to use. Big plus is that I can put it in a cupboard after using. It’s small, easy to clean, and small enough to store in a cupboard. I look forward to using it. Love it !!
