   This was easy to install however the plastic spacer/washer is cracked. We needed to make a spacer to fit in between the tap and the inside of the refrigerator door. Without it the door would of been damaged through time and would eventually break.

   This set of parts worked fine for converting my fridge to a kegerator. The faucet nut is plenty long enough for even the thickest of doors. One reviewer mentioned that a spacer is needed for between the inside and outside walls to keep from crushing the inside wall – this is probably something that one might need, however it depends on the walls of your door. Obviously the distance from inside wall to outside wall is different for nearly every fridge – you will have to make a spacer out of pvc or something similar if you really need one.Make sure you check that all the fittings are tight before use so that you don’t have any leaks.Also be sure to clean the faucet every month or so to keep buildup from forming.

   I just hooked up my keg and everything is working great. I had my shopping cart full of all of these parts seperately but luckily I found this kit and I save some cash. This was perfect for me because I already had the regulator and CO2 bottle. The kit was already assembled out of the box and all I had to do was drill a 7/8 inch hole in the door and feed the shank through.
