I have used this every day for nearly two months and have not had any issues. I highly recommend this product! I usually don’t write reviews but given there were a few bad reviews on here I felt it was necessary. I don’t know what anyone could complain about. It checks all the boxes: ease of use, easy to clean, quick delivery, affordable and so far, reliable. Above all, it makes excellent iced tea!

I’ve had one of these in the past and knew exactly what I’d be getting. It’s a very basic teamaker. You control the strength by the number of bags used, and/or the amount of water. I do not use ice, I use water in the pitcher again, not quite to the water line. I do find this time it’s a bit harder to see if pitcher is set into the unit due to developing astigmatics, but I manage.

Great for cold, iced tea. It takes about 8 mins to set up, fill and strain, but it’s easy. The plastic does stain a bit, but that doesn’t affect the taste, and I’m so happy with my purchase.

Had one from years ago that has long been gone. This one works very well. Just wish it was still 3 quarts instead of 2 but certainly doesn’t affect the great flavor of the tea!

For those that don’t read instructions this machine will not work properly. Put a filter in the basket to get the unit to steep properly. That part of the instructions should be written in bold. Without a filter you have a funnel. Also when water freezes it gets hard, place ice cubes in the pitcher don’t dump them in. You wouldn’t take the pitcher outside and pour rocks in it. So treat the machine properly and you will have great iced coffee and tea.

This item is worth it weight in gold. I have hade two of them. The first was still working but was lost when we moved from Colorado to Texas. You won’t go wrong on tis purchase.

I really REALLY LIKE your tea maker. I’ve had one for years. Several of my friends have purchased them because they like the tea they got at my house. I wish you had the three quart size pitcher again.

I had a Mr Coffee Ice tea maker for about 25 years and it worked every time but I cracked the pitcher and could not find a replacement. This Ice Tea maker works exactly the same as the one I had and its so easy to use. well worth the price.
