I’ve only used the first setting… it’s so fast I’ve no idea what the other settings are for. I’d prefer a much calmer setting for the first one. I don’t think anything I cook will ever need level 5. Still, easy to clean and use. If you want a less forceful setting #1, maybe another mixer… if you’re fine with rocket power, get this one!

Thank you for saving my peanut butter pie. We always have chocolate pie for Thanksgiving but my step-son developed a chocolate allergy. Second up is his love of peanut butter. Making a pie with it is not easy as it takes a strong mixer to work with peanut butter and not break. This mixer has the power! The pie turned out smooth as silk and is now a welcome addition to our Thanksgiving desert table.

I love using this mixer and love the storage compartment. However, I am very disappointed with the product because after using it for only 4 months, the mixer blades will not work. The motor runs, but will not mix. So disappointed…..I want to post an update to my review. After contacting the company, they are sending me a new mixer to replace my that had stopped working. They are an absolutely awesome company to deal with. I an changing my star raring to a five.

This mixer lasted less than a year – one beater would turn, the other wouldn’t, and when the moving beater clanged against the stationary one, it made the most awful noise. Plus it leaked this freakish pale pink powder everywhere. I eventually decided to try contacting the company to see if it was still under the one-year warranty. It turned out to be two days past, but the guy was really nice and sent me a replacement anyway. Hence the five stars for customer service.Got the replacement, it lasted about three weeks before it started doing the exact same thing (minus the pink powder).Got mad and took the d**n things apart. Had to buy a special screwdriver for it, too (because apparently europeans use a y-tip). The photos show the result. The first shows my original mixer, with the innards covered in pinkish powder. The second is a closeup of the drive shaft (dunno the proper name) and it’s connection with those two white plastic gears that turn the two beaters. Note, PLASTIC. The third shows the problem – those plastic gears were completely chewed up, had a grove carved in the middle by the metal drive shaft. That was the pink powder – burnt chewed-up plastic gear dust. The last photo shows the replacement mixer – you can see the gears are already starting to get raggedy.P**s poor design, using plastic for such a critical part, IMHO. Hence the one star for the mixer. Will never buy again.

To the person who said ,be careful of speed #1….Oh my! Speed #1 is absolutely the best thing I’ve ever used in my life. We are very old school mashed potato makers. Boil, add butter, mix and milk mix some more. I had to watch out for splashing potatoes ! Seriously not as bad as you would think. Love the speed the clean up and easy storage. Its much smaller than I expected. Hope to buy one in the near future for a housewarming gift. Super nice product ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Holy cow! The lowest speed on this mixer is much, much faster than it ought to be. I knocked off a star for that reason. I should be able to mix without splattering batter everywhere. Other than that, this is a great mixer. It’s sturdy and feels good in your hand, and you get a handy container to store the beaters underneath the mixer. I like it, but had I known about the low speed setting not being low at all, I would have made another choice.

Super strong and easy to clean hand mixer which comes with a great storage box for all the adapters for it. That’s the second kitchen equipment I bought from that brand and they’re both amazing.

I love my new mixer. I only have one criticism, the mixer has so much power that it quite a surprise every time I use it. I wish there was a lower setting to start or maybe it could gradually pick up speed.
