   My 8 year old loves grilled cheese and for her to be able to make a sandwich within minutes just like a PBJ is really cool. The front handle and housing of the unit gets a bit hot so we taught her to use tongs to open and remove the grilled cheese when shes done. We had to find out the hard way on the housing and lift lid heat by burning our fingers the first time we used it. Not bad but lesson learned.

   I have two teen boys and they love it. They make sandwiches and tortillas in it, and they just wipe it off to clean. If you use lots of cheese give it a little extra time to melt it all. I like that it plugs in so I don’t have to worry about them leaving it on. They use it as easy as a toaster. Did have some coloring come off when I first cleaned it, but none since, and it’s almost unnoticeable.

   I had seen this at a great price at Amazon Warehouse which made it very tempting to buy. I have a very bad back. And l just dread using my oven. This is an amazing little thing!!! Makes great sandwiches !! And l do use it often for many many different recipes of mine!! A Great Find!! No regrets here !!

   Wife loves this Nostalgic mini sandwichmaker. can make a grilled cheese sandwich faster than a toaster oven or in a frying pan. Works great in our travel trailer.

   Many ways to use this. You can use it for personal pies with some puff pastry or pie crust. You can also use it with just bread and make grilled cheese or my favorite peanut butter and nutella sandwich. Clean up is mostly easy. It’s a bit of an annoyance when stuff gets stuck in the crevices but you can usually get it out with a toothpick or something similar.
