Naibsan Electric Hot Pot, Model AJL-2502, is made in China and, although the pot itself does not have a UL or ETL certification, the heavy duty cord is UL listed. The 31β three prong cord is removable which makes it easier to clean.This hot pot works well to prepare single or double servings of a variety of items. It has a maximum fill line and holds 8 cups of water. Before using this to cook, I boiled this maximum amount of tap water as directed in the instructions and it took almost 10 minutes for it to reach a full boil on the 800w setting. So it is no faster than a stove but it may be more convenient for certain things. I tried it with boiling noodles, frying rice and making a stir fry. It works very well.It is lightweight with stay cool handles on the sides and lid. It weighs 2lbs 4.6 oz. and is attractive enough to place on the table for serving.The two power settings of 400 and 800 watts make it simple to operate. The stainless steel inside has a non-stick coating listed as food grade but I would prefer to have more details on that specific material. This is a one piece unit but it is easy enough to clean since it is shallow.Naibsan Electric Hot Pot, Model AJL-2502, is a compact and attractive hot pot that is versatile and a handy choice for small meals.

Itβs a pretty good portable cooker, definitely convenient if youβre going somewhere where you have electricity but no stove for cooking. Can cook probably 4 portions of rice or 2-3 for soup. Really good nonstick, I made rice in it and the rice didnβt stick to the bottom at all. One negative thing I would say is that thereβs no timer/ timing function so you really have to watch it but thatβs the case with stove cooking too. Also, it was really difficult to attach the cord to the cooker. Besides that it was perfect.

This pot is definitely replacing my old rice cooker. It only has two setting and boils water very quickly. You really gotta keep an eye on it til you know how it works or it will boil over. The pot is one peice and the plug can be a little hard to plug into, but works well.

This is easy to use and comes in handy especially when the power goes out this is a great item to have to use on a generator. Or going camping or honestly just to have in the kitchen. Works really well!

I recently just bought this product for someone as a gift but unfortunately they said it doesnβt work properly, it makes a noise when you turn it on, the lid was already cracked and it doesnβt heat up evenly as it should. I didnβt get any help from anyone so now I wasted money on a product that doesnβt work.
