I couldn’t figure it out at first. But you freeze it until it cant freeze anymore… it will come out hard hard. It takes about 5 to 6 hours from what I’m reading. I just left it overnight. When you take it out, it will be hard, you have to fill it with your drink liquid of choice and squeeze and squeeze and keep going until you get the slushy look you want. The padding takes up much of the room inside the cup… so when you fill, it fills up quick.. I wish there was more room to put your liquid.

So cup popped after first use, was disappointed because daughter was so excited for this cup, we just threw it away, it is what it is. Then we were reached out to by the seller to see how we likes the product after explaining what happened and we just threw it away, the seller sent 2 brand new cups at no charge, seller checked in on us to ensure we got our replacements. I was amazed by the exceptional customer service and would do business again with this seller.

I bought this cup for my brother and he loved it! The only downside is you really have to freeze the cup for the amount of time it says or longer for it to actually work or it won’t work. Overall not a bad purchase for kids!

I ordered this neat slushie cup for my daughter to try out. She loves slushies we are always stopping at the corner store to buy her one so I thought this could be a good alternative. You can add any drink you want to it and then pop it in the freezer for a but. The only draw back to this is the waiting time it takes to freeze. However its not a deal breaker. We tried all different drinks and she loves them! Its easy to clean and holds a good amount. Definitely worth the purchase.

It actually worked really quickly. My issue was upon first use it fell apart. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to because I could see milk getting up in the crevasses of the hard plastic, but it is not easy to put back together. I also can see the freeze pack breaking apart soon. It’s just glued together and if i have to keep putting this thing back together everytime it falls apart I can see it breaking open. Fun for the few minutes I can use it, but don’t buy it expecting to keep it forever. Not worth more than the $12 I paid.
