As I stated in the title, I bought this product for its versatility/minimalistic qualities, as my husband and I were purchasing things for our first apartment and we needed/wanted a blender/food processor. Due to the fact that we did not want to purchase two separate machines for (somewhat) similar functions, we sought out a product that could do both. After about 8 months of use, my verdict is that I really do love it! Here is why but also a few downsides:Why I love it: Again, my #1 reason for liking this product is its versatility as two products in one, but on top of that, the product’s safety features are good. The moment you open the lid to the machine during use, it will turn off, thus making it very hard for some one to hurt themeselves. The only downside to this is that you cannot necessarily add ingredients to the blender/FP while it is blending/food processing, you have to turn it off first. This has not necessarily been a downside for me because the dishes I have been making using this product do not require me to add during the blending process.I also enjoy the two smoothie cups with lids that this product comes with. It makes making a smoothie in the morning easy without the need to dirty up many dishes (because you can blend the smoothie in the cup and do not have to separately wash the blender and your smoothie glass). Some downsides: I do feel like this product could be easier to clean. While the blades to all attachments do come out so that they can be cleaned separately, I have cut myself a few times trying to clean the blades because they are positioned in such an odd shape. I do not know how this could be fixed, however, this is very common for many blenders. As far as the blend-ability power and food processing strength: This is NOT going to be the most high-powered blender or industrial grade food processor/product that you have ever used. From my understanding, the goal of this product is to provide versatility/simplicity to customers who are wanting to have a blender and a food processor, but not necessarily two separate machines because they know it is not something that they will be using every day of the week, and they do not want to take up that much space in their kitchen. For that reason, I will be giving this product 5/5, because I believe that is what the intended use of this product was, and it is the reason why, if I had to go back in time, I would still purchase this product. The blend-ability is not bad. I use the blender attachment primarily for smoothies (I mostly use the smaller single serve cups for this but sometimes my husband and I use the big blender attachment when we both will be having one). I have also made plenty of tomato/pasta sauces with the blender, and some homemade make-shift icecream and acai bowls. I will say that when using the blender when adding spinach/kale to my smoothie, sometimes it does take a bit for the blades to thoroughly blend in the leaves and not leave huge chunks of kale/spinach in my smoothie. The food processor attachment I have used for making hummus every couple of weeks. I think it does a great job, but sometimes it takes a while for the machine to process the little bits of whole cumin and red pepper flakes I put in. I have also used the processor for crushing oreos/toasted bread for bread crumbs and it worked well.Overall, if you are not going to need to be using a blender/FP EVERY day (maybe with the exception of smoothies) and are just looking for simplicity and to have a blender or food processor readily available to you when you need it (that does not take up as much space as two separate machines), I think this would be a great product for you. However, it is not going to be the most high-powered product you have ever used. If you are looking for something more industrial, this is NOT the product for you.

Like the title says, I cut myself trying to clean the blades. Didn’t seem to deep of a cut, but it wouldn’t stop for a while. Lol. I’ve only been able to use it once, but I wanted to see how well it would do with making a homemade snow cone and it did not disappoint. But I’llbe sure to use the hell out of this thing. This is my second Ninja blender I’ve own, but hopefully this one will be a lot more sturdier than the previous one (I had one back in 2009/2010). This thing is a beast though. Doesn’t look so big in pictures but in person, wow.

I LOVE this blender–I wish I could give it 5 stars! I use it almost every day and have it out on my bar for easy access. The problem is leaky seals–the lid fills with water when you wash it, even by hand. I have to shake the water out and tilt it to dry, but even then some water remains. I have only had the problem on the smaller blender (food processor) lid–not on the tall one but I use the smaller one more. I don’t dare mix things for human consumption in it with the water leaking out so I use it to chop up my veggies for composting. It’s GREAT for that, but I wish the lid didn’t fill with water.

Bought this for my oldest daughter and she absolutely loves it! She uses it almost daily and is saving herself money and eating at home again. Smoothies are not cheap and she told me im the best Mom ever for understanding she wants to save money and eat healthier.

This is a very powerful blender and flexible as well. I recommended for the price and uses. The blender is huge compared to a regular blender in the market. The cookie dough blender is excellent. I suggest read the instruction thoroughly and completely since this is not a blender like any other, it has safety features that if are not followed you could damage it.

Bought it for my wife. Straightforward to use, excellent options. I’ve seen her use it for cookie dough, smoothies, crushed ice, and mixing sauce. Everything has a nice texture and it shows how powerful the device is.

Absol love this blender. It has a 2 hoarse power motor which is the same power as most nice garbage disposals. Nothing is going to clog this thing! I used to cut up my fruits and veggies before blending but not now. Just enough to get it down below the blades is good. So half a cucumber or apple etc. best addition to my kitchen appliances in a long time! Very good blender!

I love this food system. It’s easy to use, easy to clean (all parts dishwasher safe), and I appreciate the different sized pieces. It’s powerful, and the blades are SHARP. I’m not a smoothie drinker, but the smoothie attachment is a great addition because it’s perfect for small jobs, like granulating sugar, when you don’t want to use the larger food processing bowl.
