   I bought this a few weeks ago and my first experience was not the best. My Ninja had a leak at the top where the drawer (I call it) slides back and forth. It was not terrible but it left water in the tray and almost enough to drain down the back. It did not keep me from trying all of the features and loving each one.I had watched some videos, so I knew how the coffee maker worked and the different functions. The first brew was K-Cups and both my wife and I noticed something different. We both noted that the coffee had a richer flavor and tasted more like a true brewed coffee. That was one of the reasons that I purchased the Ninja in the first place. I was getting somewhat tired of K-Cups and longed for the rich taste of coffee when it was brewed correctly. So we were pleasantly surprised when the taste was so much better. Someone had remarked that they had the same experience and though the three holes made a difference. Not sure if that was it but I think it was a combination of that and the way Ninja seems to brew even the K-Cup. In any event, the K-Cup experience was a whole lot better.Our next adventure was using the frother. It turned out to be a really nice bonus and worked like a charm. We did heat up the milk first in a microwave with some creamer and my wife was amazed how nice it worked and how easy it was to clean. We also have an expresso machine and we liked this frother a bit better as it was faster and so much easier to remove and clean it. Maybe a connoisseur would think we were crazy but that’s how we felt about it.Next, I wanted to set up the timer so that we could wake up to the great smell of coffee and hopefully the great taste along with it. The timer was easy to set up (there is a video if you need help) and the next day our wishes were answered. The coffee smell filled the house and the taste was exquisite. This is why I bought this coffee maker in the first place and was thrilled with this third test.A big bonus was, in my opinion, in making iced coffee. I was not expecting a whole lot; but what I got was a great glass of iced coffee. Again, I am not an expert but I swear it tasted just like the coffee my daughters spend all their allowances on (believe me they get more than that) at a famous coffee chain store. To me it was better, cheaper and I make it all the time now.The last test was done awhile ago, but my wife just did it again this morning. The separate water dispenser is great and she loves to make tea with it. She made some this morning and was excited to tell me that the water temperature was perfect.As to my first experience with the Ninja that had a slight leak at the top, it was hard to send back. However, Amazon sent me a replacement that almost passed the other one in shipping. I was amazed at how fast they took care of the return; and the replacement works perfect and no leaking at the top.There are not many items that I purchase that I have an issue with that I ask for a replacement. As a matter of fact, I do not remember any that I have replaced lately. But with the Ninja Dual Brew, I had no problem asking for a replacement instead of a refund. It is that good; and I hope that it lasts because it does everything one could ask for and everything it does is top of the line in my opinion.

   I love my new Ninja coffee system! I’ve had fancy 2k expresso makers and regular coffee pots and this was the perfect blend of them both and a bargain price. It was delightful to put together and the design is ingenious. I am so happy to have the simple whisk frother that worked great on my soy milk, is easy to clean, and doesn’t take up any space. The coffee quality was so good and super hot! You can adjust the strength of coffee and the size down to a single cup to a whole pot. After researching for months I am really happy I picked the Ninja and it has exceeded my expectations at a great price.

   Awesome machine! Makes a great cup of coffee with a lot of features. As far as those very few negative reviews I did not experience those issues. I’m thinking they are from the competition or just a faulty machine (unlikely). The coffee dispenses at 194 degrees and it has a hot water feature that will dispense boiling water. I suggest going to Youtube and looking at reviews for yourself. Great machine!

   We have a Nespresso and a Kuerig and this replaced both. It is much simpler to use, and asides from still using Nespresso for real expresso , this machine makes specialty Macchiatos and cappuccino’s just as well, and to be truthful the process is simpler. Our morning coffee has a much fuller taste than any Kuerig whether you use pods or grounds and we put this down to having 3pin spouts as opposed to one on Kuerig machines. It is also very simple to use. We are so glad we made the change. This is hands down our best coffee maker ever.

   This is the best dual coffee maker ever! We have tried Keurigs dual maker before and had so many issues with it. This one is perfect. I like K cups and my fiancé makes a pot of coffee. The transition is seemless and so easy. This coffee pot is perfect !! The brew options are great , makes a really great cup of coffee !

   I was pleasantly surprised with this machine. I usually make strong coffee in a Moka pot on the stove so I was nervous the coffee would turn out watery, but it does not. It always has a great flavor. The iced coffee that comes out of this is better than Dunkin and Starbucks imo. It’s saved me soooo much money. The frother has started making a weird noise every once in a while but it works great and does the job. I love the hot water feature for tea and the machine is very easy to clean. I will say that the pod feature does not make good coffee at all. It’s really really watery, like undrinkable, no matter what brand pod you use, so I stick to the ground coffee. I bought myself this machine then bought it for my partner’s parents who are avid coffee drinkers. I would definitely recommend this machine for your daily coffee needs.

   If you’ve been searching for a dual brew coffee maker, stop now. Your. Search. Is. Over. What more needs to be said? If you are reading this, you’ve likely read other reviews and probably watched the videos so you already know what this quality beast brewer can do, so kick off the fence and just get it already; you will not be disappointed. I will mention two things. First, this is very well made and rock solid. Second, this pairs extremely well with Death Wish coffee.

   So for last 3 months, I have been trying to get the coffee maker which is versatile and can give me options for ground and pods.. tried kurig, Mr coffee, the cheaper one tooThem came to ninja and it is the best.. gives me so many options..I also got the stainless steel frother which is also very easy..
