I had this 2 years, it was a pain.. .It made good tasting coffee but has several design flaws. The water reservoir sometimes leaks into it’s base, so when you lift the reservoir a flood of water gushes out. Also, there is a plastic bubble at the bottom of the reservoir that is not accessible when you refill it but water flows through, so algae builds up over time. Even cleaning the reservoir with vinegar won’t get rid of it. Also, over time the steam gets more forceful when the water is heated, and if you use fine ground coffee the roof of the heated drip becomes caked with grounds. The built in frothier was a nice feature, but doesn’t rotate fast enough to make a good froth. The various coffee size settings are nice.

Iโve been a Keurig user for many years. My daughter drinks fully caffeinated coffee, but Iโm a decaf drinker. My husband does caffeine in the morning and decaf at night, so we always thought the Keurig was the only option. Then we had to replace a brewer that expired after many years of daily use, and got a Keurig Supreme. Big mistake. It only lasted 2 months before the pump stopped working. Keurig replaced it, and the same thing happened with that one. This happened 3 more times. After a year of this nonsense, I realized it was time for a change. My daughterโs office has this brewer and she raved about it, so I took a chance on it and am delighted with this brewer! Easy to use, and the flexibility of either brewing a single cup or a pot of coffee is awesome! The flavor is great, and we save money on coffee. No more wasteful K-cups. There is a frother on it, but havenโt tried that yet. I love this machine!

I have had this coffee maker for just about a year and it’s top notch for the price. It’s also certified by the SCA. Other certified coffee makers cost double or even triple. They look at things like proper water temperature, brewing time, and ability to brew within the SCA Golden Cup recommendations. Definitely a little in the weeds but, it does brew a great cup. I also love how I can brew just a standard insulated mugs worth. My wife is not a fan of hot coffee so this is a great feature for me.I had one issue with the Removable filter holder. Where the drip stop function would not actually stop the drip. Upon further inspection it appeared that I lost an o-ring or gasket that attaches the stem that moves up and down. I was still under warranty (by only a about a week or two) so, I called support hoping to just get a new o-ring/gasket. Support was great and they wound up sending me a whole new removable coffee filter holder, free under warranty. Retail for that would have been $12.95. My old filter holder was completely functioning except for that missing part. Now that my warranty is up, I figured it would most definitely be possible to lose that o-ring agian. Not wanting to spend 13$ plus shipping if it happened again, I went to my local HD hardware store. After some trial and error I can confirm that #78 O-Ring (7/16″ O.D. x 1/4″ I.D. x 3.32″) works as a suitable replacement. It was about 3$ for a pack of 10. I tried to capture this issue in my photos. One of the pictures you can see a bit of light towards the bottom center. Then the other picture shows the above mentioned replacement o-ring installed and no light showing. Confirmed no leaks and have brewed multiple pots/mugs of coffee since installing.Outside of that one issue it has been solid through and through. A+ Product, A+ Customer service (though I wish they would have just provided a 30 cent O-ring instead of the whole holder. Just to cut down on waste). 100 % would recommend to a friend.

We have been trying all different types of coffee makers. This one is finally the one we love. We like the large water reservoir and the ability to use different cup sizes or a crafe. We have used this to make tea and coffee – easy to useboth were easy to make. Added bonus is the frother on the side.

I love this coffee maker. I was so excited to buy it for my birthday this year for myself. It has lived up to all that I wanted, except that it broke 7 months in. The issue with that is that Ninja customer service is a bit difficult. It’s been a month and I had the wrong replacement part shipped for 24 dollars. They then wanted me to pay 24 more for another part. All of this has to be done while I’m home with the unit, which is difficult. I hope that it is not normal to break this early, but if yours does it is very annoying.

We never used it, but Iโm sure it would have lived up to the Ninja name as we have several other Ninja products. We only returned it due to, it was not the look or size we wanted, no fault of the machine.
