There are only two things that aren’t great about this unit. It has no basket which makes it difficult to pull food out. Especially French fries, nuggets, etc. the other negative is it is very big when you open the lid and cannot open unless in an open space not under a cabinet. Puts off a ton of steam but that’s because it works so well. Make sure you have storage before you buy because it cannot stay on the counter unless you pull it out or away from things every time you cook with it

The product is great. Used it every morning to make sweet potato for breakfast and sometimes toast. The slow cooker is nice too.I’ve made ribs, wings, potatoes.Don’t use the reference guide. The first time I made wings according to the guide, instead of what I did from my last air fryer, burnt to a crisp. Instead for wings, do 350 for 17 mins.

I have several Ninja Air Fryers with different capabilities. The oldest one has some flaws and the newer ones are progressively better. The Speedi is a real marvel. The use of steam in combination with air frying really works. This allows me to make very quick meals that are perfectly done. I have duplicated a number of recipes I saw illustrated on YouTube that made the learning curve exponential and gave real-life modifications to temperature and time provided in the Ninja recipe book. I haven’t used the sous vide function but am looking forward to that experience and will report on it once I do.

Adding the ninja Speedi to my kitchen has changed been amazing for the times I need a quick meal. The speedi can cook a multitude of meals and much faster than a conventional oven. In many times it actually tastes better too! 10 out of 10 highly recommend everyone add this to your arsenal of cooking equipment.

This thing is fantastic. Cook all your food in one pot. Meats are tender and juicy. Potatoes are soft inside and crunchy outside. Cooks pasta and rice too. Instant rice works better for the rapid cook.

I love texture on my meats, caramelized salmon, roasted appearance on stuffed fish, blackened chicken. Everything comes out so tasty and delicious. I literally just marinade foods and throw them in for 15 to 20 minutes and done. I make little foil bowls to put inside speedi and have to flip meat halfway through because I cook mine in marinade and don’t want it dripping into bottom and I prefer even coloring. Food so tender, never dry, never need a knife to cut through meat. I love it! Best purchase I may order another for family member.

Totally addicted to cooking in this now. I’m sure my oven misses me. The cooking guide that’s included was a tremendous help to getting started. I highly recommend this to anyone, who like me, needs a full meal prepped and ready to eat in 30 minutes!
