Received the product so it is no fault on Amazon’s end. But. The inside liquid immediately began to mix with the juice we put inside after a couple of squeezes. This is the worst knock off garbage I’ve ever seen.

I was so excited for this cup to become my new favorite kitchen item but sadly it is not, after having to squeeze the cold cup slowly for what seemed like forever, I finally got some slush action going, I said to myself “Wow, I would’ve made one in less time with the blender”…I couldn’t finish the cup so I put it back in the fridge, didn’t mind if it melted some; Id just squeeze again… a few hours later I grabbed the cup, went to take the dome lid off of it to add more juice when the cup came apart! Literally separated the inner chamber from the outer silicone sleeve… I tried to twist it back together but it wouldn’t work, I was so upset & disappointed! I didn’t think to take a picture but it definitely swayed me from repurchasing or recommending it.

This cup literally broke while in the freezer prior to the first use. I have no idea if I had a bad item, but I cannot speak to whether it works as described because it never worked. Such a disappointment! And I wasn’t able to get it back to Amazon in the one day left in my return window. So it was a total waste of time and money!

First there’s a lot of parts to put together and it leaks cause it’s just plastic on plastic. Very messy when squeezing.

Was very excited to try these for a summer cool down treat. Wont try them again, most likely. Frozen pop ice got stuck in the crevices of the interior cup. Ice-up to slushee form was about 3 to 4 minutes of carefully squishing, while melt-down began about 3 minutes later. Within 15 minutes the slushee that couldn’t be retrieved from crevices was liquid once again. And always afraid of popping the interior material trying to scrape slushee off the interior walls. Feel like this is another “Amazon product fail” for me.
