My only negative is a small one… Every push of a button on the display results in a rather loud beep. I wish there were an option to turn it down, or even to silent, as to not distract people(think midnight snack, when you go to reheat those pizza rolls and don’t want to wake anyone up). Ok, done with rant.On the positive, it’s very easy to use, and very easy to clean. It’s also on the larger side of air fryers and holds quite a bit of food. I can also use it to put two or three slices of leftover pizza in it, to reheat.Does it really make fries and other appetizers crispy? Short answer is YES! I have always been a traditionalist when it comes down to cooking my fries, onion rings, chicken wings, etc., in oil. I have tried all of the above, along with other things like clam strips, potato skins, wontons, and skin-on chicken thighs, and they actually come out as crispy as if I had fried them! My advice is to not pack things in there too deep. Spread out everything as much as possible so the air can circulate properly. If doing chicken, for example, make sure they are not all packed in there. This can do 4 chicken thighs at once, easily. I also cheat a little and give everything a little spray of cooking oil to help with the crisping process.In closing, for the price you cannot beat this. It is large, easy to use, easy to clean and seems well made. I expect to get years of good use out of this thing.

I very rarely write reviews (I must admit I do read them), but I feel this must be said. I ordered the Nuwave Brio Air Fryer through Amazon. I received it the next day. The first day I went to use it after preheating, it stopped working giving me a ERR2 message. I had raw food I was attempting to cook, very upset and hoping it could be reset, I called NuWave customer service. They were extremely nice and helpful! Unfortunately it could not be reset. I was told they would send another unit out that day (it would take about a week for me to receive it) and sent me the prepaid shipping label to send the defective airfryer back. I received the replacement Air Fryer and I LOVE IT!! I have already cooked many dishes in it. Delicious!! I received follow up emails from Georgina A (customer support) inquiring if I received it and how it working. They also gave me an extra year on the warranty. I would definitely buy from this company again! Thank you NuWave Customer Support!!

Nice cooking area, easy to use, enjoy that I can set it to cook at a later time and so very easy to clean. I find myself cooking more at home because of this unit.
