Broke within 5 minutes of operation, tried getting a replacement sent out, the day it was supposed to arrive all information about the replacement vanished and I never recieved it, eventually I opted for a refund… it’s a shame too, I was super excited for this after waiting like a year and a half to finally be able to buy one.

I had high hopes for this induction wok. On sear the bottom got to 800 degrees measured by my IR thermometer, but the heat did not go up sides like in traditional woks.Problems with stir fry is that the base is not powered enough to maintain heat, which dissipates rapidly when food added (not a lot of food). Also, cannot sear sauces by pouring them around the side of wok like in traditional woks.I tried deep fry tempura as well, oil got to 375 but then dropped well below 300 after food added, did not come back up quickly.Also, took over 20 minutes to get 2 quarts of water for a simmer.Overall, great concept but needs work to allow heating of sides more and needs more power to keep wok hot when cooking.
