I bought this in order to make panini’s and what a great job it does. I’ve used all 3 plates and no problem. The first thing I made was waffles, I like them a bit crisper than it made, but then tried the sandwich press and the grill/panini press, and WOW. Made the BEST grilled cheese. Would recommend this product.

The sandwich and waffle plates work okay, but meats and fish sometimes sticks to the grill plates even though I brushed oil on them after they preheat. The grill plates are difficult to clean and became discolored after the first use and gets worse with each use. Maybe I didn’t use enough oil.

Unfortunately sending it back. Don’t like it. Waffles are not being cooked, not crispy at all, very sticky and falling apart, after keeping one waffle for 15 minutes, it is still very raw inside. Doesn’t look like it’s getting hot enough to bake waffles.
