I wish this came with an extra set of beaters. It is pretty good at mixing, I thought the lowest setting was too fast- it has many settings, not sure why the lowest is not more gentle. It is not very quiet, but not super loud either.

I’ve only used the mixer once and it worked well. Only time will tell how long it lasts, but as for right now I’m satisfied. However, I wish the On Switch and the Speed Switch were separate.My main issue is with the case. It was almost impossible for me to get it separated from the mixer! Just when I gave up and decided I was going to have to bust the case to get the mixer out, it finally came off. I would be afraid to put the mixer back in it and have to go through the same thing again. The case needs to be redesigned for easier removal.

I purchased this to help in our commercial kitchen and it is not necessarily the greatest option for that. I would say for the price it’s great for home cooks and easy to store w/ the bottom attachment.
