What’s great: it works. It was delivered in a couple days in perfect condition. Looks great on our counter. (We have a black/white/stainless thing going on in our kitchen.) We can fit 2 entree sized deep Gladware tubs on the glass rotating plate. Reheat sensor is handy. Love that you can set it to different levels of rewarmed heat. It’s perfect for me as it came from the factory. My hubby says it’s not warm enough so I remind him that resetting instructions are in the manual so he is welcome to increase it to his desired default level of heat at any point. It’s not really an issue. He just hits the “add 30 seconds” button because changing the default would take away his excuse to complain. Defrost works great. Dog knows if I forgot to defrost his bones earlier and have to put them in the microwave they will be ready to break apart when the ding for the final couple minutes countdown starts. He has little patience when it’s breakfast and his bones and MEAT are late. (Cue in excited barks and spins.) Not that he eats them right away, but he HAS them. Now my whines: There’s no automatic potato baking button! I miss being able to throw 1-4 potatoes in and walk away knowing when it dings they’ll all be cooked. I miss that feature. Assumed all microwaves had them and didn’t look for it when deciding on a purchase. Also…there’s 3 different timing features for popcorn. Fact of life. Whatever setting you choose, if you walk away, the popcorn will burn regardless of the microwave brand. Popcorn button is a waste of button space.Oh. It’s also quiet, easy to clean, intuitive buttons and whatever else Amazon prompts you to mention in reviews. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and are quite satisfied. Frankly, I’d hoped to be a bit dissatisfied so my hubby would want another one and I could move this one to the sleeping quarters of the horse trailer because I need one there too.Does anyone ever read these?

There’s a question in this box that asks; “What did you use this product for?” — Answer: 3 Guesses and the first two don’t count. We went from a microwave oven that did a lot of things differently than this Panasonic oven. The former one had express buttons 1 thru 6 that needed only one touch to get the oven to go for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 minutes automatically – and 30 second button that did the same. This Panasonic doesn’t have those features. The other oven would return your item in the oven to its original position regardless of how long you set it to cook. So, if you put your cup of coffee in it to be warmed, the handle was right there for you to pick it up when it was done – not on the other side where you can’t get to it. The Panasonic does not do this. The other oven had the ability to silence the beep. The Panasonic does not. However, the other oven was loud when it was cooking, and although it claimed to be an 1100 watt oven, it cooked like it was a 700 watt oven, and left cold spots in the food (never figured how that could happen). – It also had a problem of the buttons making a beep when you touch them, but did nothing, and the turntable would jerk sometimes and something sounded like it was grinding rocks as well. The Panasonic does none of these either. It is quiet when its cooking. It’s an 1100 watt oven, and you get every bit of those 1100 watts. It cooks very well and perfectly evenly. – Once you learn the different way to use the keypad, it becomes second-nature and no hassle at all. Although you can’t silence the beep – the Panasonic beep is gentle and only lasts a couple seconds — not ‘wake-the-dead’ loud and obnoxious that goes on and on like other ovens. And you cannot mistake what power level you set it at, as it requires you to push the power level button until you get to the power level you want. The other oven made it easy for you to “think” you set the power level correctly, and then as you food is charring, you realize the power level setting didn’t take. So, overall – the Panasonic oven — without all the “features” other ovens have – is a much better oven – is very easy to use and works like a charm in all functions of an oven. Worth the price and I recommend it.

I thought this microwave was an upgrade to my old one, but I was surprised that it lacks auto button functions. In addition, it’s not finger print resistant like my old one. I should have done my research. Overall, it does the job.

Overall it’s a great appliance but I don’t like that it does not have auto start if you hit just the #1 like my old one did or a light behind the number buttons. It gets the job done. Also my 12 year old put a metal dog dish in it to melt cheese on the dogs food (how sweet, lol) and it didn’t blow the house up , so that’s super!!

I like the features and the overall performance of the microwave. A more detailed user manual especially regarding sensor cooking and specific items would be helpful.

My only complaint about this beautiful appliance is that I can’t leave the door open. I want to vent the microwave after use. Keeps it fresher between cleanings. The light stays on with the door open.
