I have only owned this product for a few days, but here are my key takeaways:- Product is incredibly easy to set up and install (note that the door only installs & opens one way)- Make sure you use the leveling legs to level the cooler before you load it up with wine (otherwise unit is too heavy). I also had to use a pair of pliers to loosen the leveling screws on the feet they were on so tight but not a big issue.- Unit does not hold as many bottles as advertised but that is true of literally every product on the market.- The unit is dual zone and keeps both sections of the interior at very accurate temperatures- Unit is super quiet (loudness seemed to be an issue with many of the offerings out there)- Top of unit does get a little warm- Unit is very handsome looking- Compressor does seem to run more than I expected but it’s only been a few daysBottom line is that I am quite happy with the unit

We have added this fancy lil’ fridge to our kitchen and have had it in our home for several months. We do feel a bit chic having a wine beverage fridge. We purchased this fridge for the dual zone capabilities. I may be a bit trashy as I do love me my white wine supa chilled not at the recommended 44-55 F, which depends on whether or not it is light or more bodied. I prefer cold, therefore we place white wines on the right side (at lowest temp of 38 F) and reds on the left (set at 55 F). Hubby and I really dig this little appliance as it sleek and sexy both day and night and keeps good temps. At night, the blue light is bright so I would not recommend this in a bedroom (I guess I mention this ’cause fancy peeps may have a beverage fridge in or near their bedroom for when they are parched during the night). Prior to purchasing, we were concerned about the noise that others mentioned. Yes, okay, it does make noise when cooling, but nothing for which I would normally comment. Further, don’t we all have appliances in our homes that make noise, such as my fridges, furnaces, washers and dryers? It is by NO means as loud as a furnace. I would describe it as a soft “hummm” when chilling and most often we do not even notice it. We would definitely purchase again.

Wine cooler is quiet and with the dual temperature controls I’m able to keep whites and reds had the ultimate temperature. Due to the varying shapes of wine bottles I’m able to get about 24 bottles into the cooler which is enough for my purposes. Upper level for whites holds about 10 bottles and the lower red level holds about 14 bottles. Stainless steel finish goes with the other appliances in the kitchen. First one we ordered was not packaged properly and arrived damaged delivered by UPS. Called Amazon had another one sent out and it arrived within 4 days in the correct packaging. We returned the damaged one to Amazon through UPS, which was a very easy process. Love the wine cooler!!!

Some have said about it being noisy, we really dont think it’s loud. Yes you can hear it run. But also we can here our full size fridge run. It’s been almost a year since we installed and now we dont ever notice it running. Keeps the temps and looks good.

Very disappointed in the this product. The wine side of the refrigerator will not cool and blinks “LO” consistently. I have tried their customer service twice and sent in a request through Amazon and have yet to have any resolution.Update: Customer service ended up being a great help! They offered to refund the fridge to buy a new one or send the control panel with instructions to fix. We chose the refund and reordered the fridge. The new one works perfectly. Customer service even followed up to make sure the new one was working properly.

Exterior look is great. Sound is minimal. Temperature control is spot on. However the main purpose is to hold as many wine bottles as it was designed to fit.I had hoped to fit the advertised 29 bottles of wine however I have found it impossible. I’ve managed to squeeze 25 bottles by stacking on the individual shelves, however I have to take bottles out of the shelf above before I can pull bottles out of the shelf I need to access. I played around with different shaped bottles and I still don’t find stacking to work well. And if you don’t stack then 3 bottles per rack is all you’ll fit. No one wants to buy this to fit 15 bottles so I did my best to stack. Each time I pull the loaded (stacked) shelf I think it’s going to break because I feel it bend a little. I miss my prior fridge’s metal racks that had no give and had specific grooves where each bottle would fit nicely.

I researched wine coolers for weeks. We finally settled on this unit and so far so good. It’s unbelievably quiet, holds the temperature and there is plenty of room for everything. Have a larger bottle? Just slide the shelf out a tad and it fits right in. Easy delivery from amazon’s best, right up the porch steps to the front door. We are very happy with it!

This wine fridge was a great addition for our kitchen. Only complaint is the height between racks. The racks are so close together that you need to remove some of the racks to fit bottles of champagne. So then this wine rack holds less bottles than it should and it’s like we paid for an overpriced, smaller wine cooler.
