I wasn’t sure first time I used it. I thought I would send it back. It cooked uneven , took too long, was definitely not like an outdoor grill. But then when we ate the chicken it was delicious, moist and I decided to give it another try. Well first of all I didn’t realize that the lid had to be on the whole time?? So no wonder the first one cooked uneven and took sooo long. Well the next time I watched videos and the burger were delicious and it was convenient to have the grill on the counter. We tried pork chops. Delicious. So I’m keeping it.The one thing is I did see a newer version than mine that had a pull out drawer where the water goes and that would be good because on mine you have to take it completely apart to add the water that keeps it from smoking. Also the newer version had a holder that could hold the lid up on the side when you need to open it and that would be better too. Mine doesn’t have that so I have to lay the lid on the counter every time I want to check it turn what I’m cooking.

Even though I measured, I was not expecting such a large grill. You can cook a dispensary chicken thighs on this baby! The grill is easy to use. Cleaning is somewhat easy meaning the pieces come clean but there are a lot of pieces! Including a bottom tray you fill with water.I’m still getting used to it, I did overcook the chicken the first time. Because it’s so big you need a place to store it. I had to clear out an entire deep drawer to stash this away since I use a few times a month, it daily. That is the only downside.But I like having a grill to cook chicken, steak, corn in the cob without having to go outside or heat up my kitchen. Good purchase and got an excellent price on Prime Day.

Can’t cook outside in our condo, and stove-top inside sets off fire alarm. This thing really cooks and is really smokeless. It’s no replacement for an outdoor propane grill, but its awesome 2nd best option. Cooked pork chops first meal and they came out great, zero smoke, and clean up was super fast. Also stores in a small space which is a bonus.Couple things to note, temperature on the right is hotter than the left. Cooking space kinda small, good for one or 2 person meal. I don’t think it’ll get hot enough for thick piece of meat. Somewhat flimsy construction. May be a replace after a year product, we’ll see.All that said, its good at what its good at. Very happy so far.
