   I have been making omelettes in large coffee mugs in my microwave for several months now, but if you add more than one egg, it made a mess in my microwave. Instead of messing up a bowl to beat the eggs in, dirtying up a pan to cook it in, and then a dish to eat it on, you can whip up the omelette with ingredients, cook it in the microwave, and eat out of the same soup mug. Noting sticks to it and the omelette stays hot for a long time too.These soup mugs are perfect. There’s no way I could make an omelette in a pan as fluffy or as good as it comes out in the microwave in this soup mug. I love the cup handle on the side and can’t say enough good things about this mug, which I do not use the lid for microwaving scrambled eggs or omelettes.I have ordered 2 of these for myself, 2 for my brother and 2 more for my other brother. Not sure what happened today, but I was placing an order for my second brother and could only order 1 instead of 2 soup mugs. I kept getting the message I had exceeded my order limit for this item.I can’t imagine why a retailer would limit the number of times a person could buy their product, but after waiting several hours, I was able to purchase the second soup mug for my second brother and his wife.The brother that received his order a week ago is as thrilled about these soup mugs for scrambling eggs and making omelettes in the microwave as I am and also noticed how much longer the food stays hot in them compared to a plate warmed in the oven. Cleanup is believably easy – even cheese slides right out – nothing sticks.Don’t know if the lid will leak out soup, but if you want an omelette better than any you could cook on the stove, without messing up the whole kitchen, this soup mug is the way to go!!! Even the eggs are thicker and fluffier.

   I love this soup mug! It’s the perfect size and super easy to clean. I haven’t taken it anywhere, so I’m not sure if it’s spill proof. I eat a lot of Progresso soup and a can fits in this perfectly with room left over for crackers. Handle does not get hot in microwave. My only complaint is the spoon. It’s shallow and oblong – not the best for soup. I think the spoon would work okay for oatmeal, depending on how dry/wet you like your oatmeal. Other than that, it’s pretty perfect. Definitely recommend!

   I love this soup bowl!!! But a friend put it on the bottom rack of the dishwasher (which in fairness was not a wise decision), and it warped either the bowl or the lid… but either way, it doesn’t close tightly anymore. It’s super easy to clean, and top rack dishwasher safe. But don’t put it on the bottom rack!

   My daughter is a soup fanatic! I ordered this for Xmas for her ( 12 yr old). She LOVED it. She like that she can heat up a bowl of soup in it and we’ll as being able to transport soup to school in it. It’s a good size bowl and comes with a travel utensil also. This practical gift was a big hit!

   I am very pleased with this product. I typically prefer my stainless steal bowl set, but need something I can take to work when I want to have soup or chili. I prefer larger portions and honestly was reluctant to purchase this bowl being afraid it might not hold enough to fill me up. It also includes measurement lines inside for cooking oatmeal or pasta. I love how it packs a spoon in the lid and even comes with a little condiment cup for toppings like parmesean cheese. It’s microwave safe and very sturdy. Well worth the price

   The biggest issue I have with this bowl is a lack of ventillation. The single hole in the lid is way too small. Every single time I use it, no matter whats in it, the lid come off, (while staying on top of the bowl most of the time). You will hear a loud bang in your microwave each time you use it when the top pops. The picture I took for this review shows 3 eggs and some mushrooms I cooked for 3.5 minutes this morning. This is how it looked when I opened the door.Somehow though, the lid still screws on tight 8 months later and it’s pretty useful. The plastic has not warped in any way. Don’t overfill it and it should be OK. I may try to make additional holes in the top to let steam out. Not 5 star great but decent enough I guess.

   Love that you can Microwave and handles stay cool. However, even though the lid screws on liquid still leaks out.
