   This is my fourth electric skillet. The first was very small and it was so helpful that I purchased a larger one. The small one was donated. The second larger one was very satisfactory for quite a long time until I dropped it twice and broke the lid and the handles. I tried to live without it for awhile but was unsuccessful. It had become too necessary to me and was used almost daily. I again purchased a small one for small needs. The small one came with a fabulous cookbook. These are seriously easy to clean and I have considered giving away my stove and purchasing a storage cabinet instead.

   This is a simple to use, no frills and lightweight unit. I purchased it for an elderly relative who found many other such skillets too heavy to handle both when cleaning and moving around. So far great reviews from the relative. Has made everything from fried chicken to hamburgers. Four stars for now.

   Love love this. Cleans up great and can be used for so many things. I like that it’s deep so you can make things like spaghetti without dropping over the edges
