So many things to love! I love that the beaker is lined for quantity, that there are extra screens included, and it’s large enough to make more than one mug of coffee.***!!!READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!***It tells you that you have to loosen the top screw of the handle in order to get the beaker out of the holder, which is true. But I loosened it as far as it will go, and the holder is still so tight I’m afraid I’ll break the beaker trying to get it out to wash it. My solution is to use it without the handle, because I noticed rust on the bottom of the beaker from putting it back into the holder when the beaker was still wet.It’s still an excellent product and well worth the price. I recommend it.

I broke both French presses in one week. After the first breakage I ordered one that was awful and after the second disaster ordered this one in Black. I love how I don’t have the finger print smudging on the matte black. It is different from all the others we have owned in that the bottom is not flat but it is quite stable. No worries at all. My husband loves the measuring lines on the side of the glass. It brews both tea and coffee at this house and we are very happy. I will order another…

You never have to deal with a hot handle because the handle is isolated from the jar, so heat can’t transfer to it. It’s beautifully designed. I use it to make loose leaf dandelion tea. You can make way more tea this way than if you used a tea ball or mesh infuser. The double-stacked fine-mesh filters really catch even the finest leaf pieces and leave a clean brew behind. It’s a delight to use this thing, and ads so much charm to tea making & drinking.

Opened the box, removed the items and read over the small instruction book. I washed and then made my first ‘French press’ coffee. I am a pour over guy but this was unbelievably good. Give this a try. It has great side markings to help measure out the amount of coffee you desire.

One of the things that has always frustrated me is that a french press gives me 2 tiny cups. I like to make it for me and my husband and have a nice size for each of us. This press does just that. Plenty of cups to share, good quality materials, and so far, easy to clean. Even comes with extra screens. If you need a new french press, this one should be on your list!
