The product works great but, it takes a while to heat up. We have 2 different brands of raclettes and our other one heats up almost instantly, which made our dinner a little awkward because the guests who used the other raclette were eating before the Cusimax was even fully heated. It indicates in the instructions to allow for extra time, but it still took a while longer. Clean the grill surface prior to first use and spray oil on the surface before heating.Also, make sure you have an extension cord that connects with a 3 prong power cord instead of 2. The power cord was not long enough to reach the wall from our table, so I had to use a 3 prong extension cord from our Christmas lights.Bon apetit!

We had a good time grilling chicken, pineapple,peppers, mushrooms and onions on this grill. It is easy to clean. You can flip the grill to cook pancakes/crepes. It is easy to clean. The wood paddles required the most effort to clean and they were not that difficult to clean. This is a fun item for the family or a group of friends to use for a meal or snacks. We’re just beginning to explore using our grill, but it is a clear winner with the family. My only complaint is that the wood paddles seem a bit cheap, but I wouldn’t let that dissuade you from making this purchase.

I bought this when it was on sale, and I’d buy it again at regular price. I have a big, beautiful, outdoor Blackstone flattop grill, but this is still such a must. It has quickly become my go-to, and it’s nice not to worry about how full the gas tank is! One night as a family, we cut up things like hot dogs, veggies, beef steak, sausage and salmon and we all cooked up our own food, but together. <3 It was so fun and meaningful and such a change from our day-to-day meal! My 9 year old loved being the "grill master" and was excited to use tongs to help flip the food when it was time. I've also cooked hamburgers (could fit 6, or more, depending on the size), bacon, grilled chicken. It's a good change-up to have an indoor grill, because all the dishes and condiments/seasoning are within a few steps, versus running in and out of the house, worrying about bugs getting in the house etc. If you are thinking about an indoor grill, I'd go ahead and get this one! I haven't even used the trays, but the possibilities seem pretty endless of what you can cook on this!

It’s pretty neat and works well to cook steak and stuff but there is no drain for oil which makes it harder to use.
