Definitely love the reversible plate, makes it easy to cook different types of foods without needing the extra equipment.I washed it all before use but there was still a funky smell, think it was just so new it’ll take a couple times use before that’ll go away.The temperature control is super easy to use and adjustable to do slow cooking or fast grilling.Lastly and most importantly is the size. You cannot expect to find something much bigger you might as get an actual grill. But I did a ton of research and I’m glad this is what I decided on. Size looks small but you can actually cook a lot more on it than you might think, I was quite surprised. I like to meal prep and having this made it so much easier, quicker, and a lot of cooking done for my week.

Good for family gather indoor get together. However, be careful for the plug with extension cord. It takes a lot of power which I did not know and grill wont get up to the high temp and also melt the plug inside my extension cord

I use it almost everyday. It is a marvel to clean. I put cheese in the little plates underneath and it melts so quickly I have to be careful. The temperature does not get that hot and takes a little too long to cook a steak but everything else is great. I only wish it had a heat control on both sides so you would not have to heat up the whole thing when you only wanted to use one side.?that would be a great improvement. Good for the price!

Saw one in action Christmas eve last (2020). We had such a great time that we wanted one of our own. Finally found this one and purchased it this last December to use with visiting relatives. Everyone had a blast. Last week, we decided to pull it out for just the 2 of us. We sat for over an hour cooking morsels and visiting. My hubby commented that it felt like a date even though we were sitting in our own kitchen. I heartily agreed.
