I thought I was buying a mixer with a place for accessories attached but itโs just a clear box that the mixer can sit on or not. It falls off easily. Plus the mixer itself is boxy and hard to hold comfortably. I think they were going for a retro look and I fell for it. Love my previous mixer from Amazon probably 20+ years old but I wore the thing out. Miss that one. Would not recommend.Edit 5/7/22Shardor has excellent customer service. They saw this review and sent me a model that had attaching caddy to hold cord and mixer tools. Model # HM415B It is Fabulous! While I prefer the one I have now just be careful and get the one that attaches vs. the one that sits on the top and doesnโt snap on. You will be as happy as I am. Works great and easy to hold on to also. Love and Recommend this one to all. Thanks Shardor! Will buy all of Your Appliances. Excellent Customer Service.

When I opened it the plastic container fell (but did not break) as the container does not snap fit, the mixer just rests on the container so be cautious when lifting the mixer you must hold both the mixer as well as the plastic container with your hands. The plastic container holds the mixing attachments. The machine is good power and we used it to mix batter and mix some dry dough with the dough attachment. The mixing tools are not for heavy work but are for small kitchen mixing for day to day use. Nice addition to the kitchen. It has multiple speeds low ones for slow and steady and higher ones where you need more power for thicker and stiffer mixing.

Works like it should. Great price for quality. Like the attached holder for beaters. Yes Iโd recommend. I donโt use a hand held mixer often so this works great for me for mixing for dinner recipe or dessert.

I’m very concerned about the most important parts, the dough hook, the beater and the wire whisk. The dough hook and the beater seem to have a metallic substance sprayed over the part. So I recommend frequent checks in case it starts flaking off. The whisk seems fragile. Having said that, I made two, two cup, batches of dough using the beater, and they turned out beautifully. The manufacturer’s pride is in the quiet motor, and that gets 5 stars! I’m not sure how long the copper motor will last, but for now I’m happy that I bought it. And, I hope they produce replacement parts.
