i purchased this juicer approximately 3 months ago. It was easy to assemble and the operation of it was satisfactory. I would do juicing twice in the mornings daily and promptly clean afterwards. Then I noticed a piece inside the header had broken off leaving a jagged edge. I contacted the seller. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to ship another whole juicer. Just received the new juicer yesterday.

The machine did a decent job of juice extracting but I am returning it promptly. The motor is dangerously loud – even a 1/2 later it’s still bouncing in my ears.I tried this machine as it looked interesting and was about $25 less than the Breville Compact Juicer which I’ve used elsewhere. I’m springing for another Breville.

EDIT: SiFENE company that makes this juicer reached out to me. Ivy is as so sweet and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate how they value their customers. Should be receiving a replacement juicer this week as they do have a 2 year warranty along with other compensation. Thanks again SiFENE

Good value for the money, easy to use, easy to clean. I used it to make tomato juice, it did a good job. There where a few seeds that got in the juice but I’m not sure that can be avoided. I can’t speak to longevity because I’ve only used it once. I would buy it again.
