First, the things I love about this cooker- looks great, simple to use, cooks the rice right if you know the right proportions. You canโt really blame it for not cooking it right if you didnโt add the right amount of water.The not so desirable parts: Two things- 1.) While I like the warm mode which dries and overcooks the rice in a couple of hours, there is no off mode, therefore, you have to take the rice pot out and unplug it: 2.) speaking of plugโฆ it fits so snug that I would need rubber grip to take it off;

I bought this little rice cooker to keep the peace between my hubby and myself. He likes his oatmeal with fruit and I like mine plain Jane. Well this little cooker cooks my oatmeal 10 whole minutes faster than his. Lol. I do have to say that you need to use the lifts for the oatmeal or it might overflow. Rice doesnโt need it. My husband now makes the rice in mine as it cooks it fast. There are just two things that might some customers might not like: number 1. The machine doesnโt beep when itโs done and 2. The machine will not turn off by itself. You have to manually unplug it. My husbands bigger rice maker does that. Love my machine. Itโs perfect for our tiny kitchen. Iโm off to buy a second one for my husband.

It works exactly as it says. Rice was perfect in 30 minutes. When done it automatically switches to warm??? It is made very sturdy and easy to clean! A no Brainer.

Need to cook a special remedy of Barley for health while traveling, the little cooker met the purpose. After a long day travel, just turn it on, keep it warm after cooked till morning and is ready to eat. So far it’s convenient and easy to use. Have not tried different functions of cooking though. Had couple questions, their customer service team explained well even expanding more information, also mentioned about the inner pot coating is LFGB-certified which release my worry.
