So far, after less than 24 hours of operation, I can say that operationally it works fine. There are some areas that need improvement: The control for the light should be on the outside to avoid opening the unit to turn the light on or off, As noted in other reviews, the light doesn’t reach to the bottom row – side mounting LED’s may solve that problem. One unintended difficulty is that I didn’t realize how many of my mines are oversized just enough to make loading the shelves a problem – adjustable shelves would be a significant enhancement. It would also be nice if the temperature lights could be dimmed as they are exceedingly bright in a dimly lit room. The aforementioned are not serious and I’m not sure that anybody else offers units that address all of these issues, so they should not act as a deterrent to purchasing but just as suggestions for improvement that would place this unit far above the competition.

I replaced a 20+ year old U-Line that sells for $1700. The Stagis is equal if not better for a 1/3 of the price. I love that the temp goes down to 40 degrees (lower than most) and can be used for sodas and other frig items, if wanted. The handleless pull is great! I used to catch my clothes on the handle of my old U-Line, but no more. The only negative commentary is that the shelves are constructed of very thin wood – not of the greatest quality.

Replacing a wine cooler that failed after 8 years – vendor of the brand we owned projected a ship date of a new/replacement cooler of no earlier than 6-9 weeks. This vendor/brand, Staigis, had good reviews on Amazon, good price, and would ship immediately. Product arrived within days, the Amazon delivery guys brought it into my kitchen, it came well-packed yet was easy to unpack. The door swings the way I want (hinges on right) so there was no set up required (they do include left-side hinges). Dimensions were as advertised – it slid easily into the cabinet space occupied by our old cooler. I let it sit 24 hours as recommended then ran it another 24 hours before loading it. Came to the operating temp I set quickly and also returned to operating temp within a short time after loading it. Easy to set the temperatures, runs quietly, and looks good in our kitchen. The uppermost shelf is large enough to accommodate champagne bottles. The lower zone, “red wine” shelves easily accommodate larger-diameter burgundy wine bottles. Overall, I find it accommodates various (and larger) size bottles better than the cooler I replaced. Others have commented about the brightness of the LED temperature display – it is bright (picture a blue night light in your kitchen) and there is no way to dim or shut it off – it’s not a problem to me but you should take note of this if you feel it will annoy you. So, three weeks in, I am pleased with this purchase.

So far it is performing as expected. I have not fiddled with it too much, but is working as expected and is pretty quiet. I think a valid expectation is that you can’t create a massive difference in the zone temperatures (like in your car with multiple zones) – but is still decent.Depending on your bottle sizes and shapes, you can get a decent amount in. The drawers you can pull out are not super sturdy, but does the job.

Very happy with this purchase because it is exactly as described. It is very quiet, which was one of the biggest concerns I had. I removed a small linen closet next to my kitchen and created a little bar area with the wine fridge underneath. It is great for built in or freestanding because of how it looks and it vents from the bottom. Also, did I mention how quiet it is? : )

Was limited to which refrigerators to buy because of counter height and this one fit the bill. Beer, water bottles, and sodas are kept cold on the left side and wines are stored on the right side perfectly. Quiet and hardly noticeable while running and LEDs light the interior well. Perfect fit once the cabinet and drawers were removed!

I have a basement kitchen but no longer needed the dishwasher so I replaced it with this wine cooler. It fit wonderfully and works well. There are two temperature zones, typically the upper zone is set for white wines and the lower zone for reds. I also like the soft blue lighting option.
