This is great for personal use or in my case the hubby and I used it for hot pot. Any more than 2 people and it is too small. The pot doesn’t go down all the way so it’s only half of the whole pot that you can use. You can comfortably cook a pack of noodles in this, maybe 2. 3 is a no go for sure. It’s cleaned ok so far. Just be careful not to get water into the bottom outside part of the pot where the electrical stuff is at. There are opening on the bottom so I’m guessing if a lot of water got inside it will cause damage. It’s 600 watts so I was able to use it with my jackery 1000. I would buy this again but it could be improved for sure!

The media could not be loaded. This electric pot is easy to use and clean. There’s two different temperature controls (Low and High). Heated up very fast and 1.5L is perfect for mini hot pot. It is nonstick, also can use for stir fry, cook rice, noodles, soup and much more. It replaced all other cooking tools that I had in my kitchen!! I got it for over 3 weeks and had use it almost every day and night. Love it and definitely will recommend it to friends and family.

I bought this because I rent a room in a house and don’t always want to interact with people when I need to heat up my coffee and because I have a parrot so I can’t use anything Teflon. I would say in general the product is good for basic use but for your safety take note of a few things that myself and others have observed: The lid doesn’t seal and water leaks out near the temp dial, which could cause a fire. I have resolved this by placing a paper towel between the lid and the dial and watching the pot carefully while it heats up/cooks to make sure the paper towel doesn’t get too wet. Additionally, there are only 2 heat settings. DO NOT LEAVE THE POT UNATTENDED ON HIGH, IT WILL BOIL OVER. The ‘high’ heat setting is most likely for bringing water/liquid up to a boil before placing grains/beans/etc. in to simmer. I’ve cooked lentils and rice in this pot several times now and I bring the water to a boil on the high setting WHILE CAREFULLY WATCHING IT to ensure it doesn’t boil over, and then I immediately click it down to the lower heat setting to simmer. I do not walk away from this pot or let it go unwatched no matter which setting it is on because it is somewhat shallow and even if you don’t fill liquid/food items to the ‘max fill’ line it can still boil over. Enriched rice especially will do this because of the powder coating of nutrients that they dust on this type of rice (which most people rinse off thinking it’s ‘starch’) which creates foam in the boiling water. Yes, I normally rinse my rice when it’s not crappy enriched white rice, and that would certainly lessen the foaming/boiling over effect in this specific scenario, but I like to keep my nutrients intact when possible since rice and lentils are all I eat. I digress. In any case, if you are poor af like me and need an electric pot to cook food in or reheat things in and you don’t use Teflon, this will do the trick. Just don’t leave it unwatched and make sure to protect the heat dial against lid-leak. Thank you for coming to my TEDTalk.

Just as described, fast shipping, won’t by again because I can’t even boil eggs in it. Not deep enough.

I bought this electronic pot for my mom’s birthday and she likes very much! She use it for daily porridge and can also fry peanuts. Temperature is easy to control and pot is easy to clean. I will consider to buy her another one with the steamer on. I totally satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it if anyone looks an easy use electronic pot( the one with the steamer on is even better)
