Love my first bread machine!I’ve been making my own bread by hand every weekend since SIP this year. I love the process but it’s time-consuming and the quality is not always consistent. After some extensive research, I finally decided on the SYBO Bread Machine and I only wish I had made this decision sooner. I no longer have to time slave over the process – just drop all the ingredients into the machine and press Start and I have a fresh loaf of bread in 3 hours. I chose it based on the function and price. The only negative issue I had was I wish the manual explains what all the different bread function is for. For example, what is the difference between a french bread cycle versus a basic bread? Overall, this is a great machine. We are making bread almost every other night compared to one loaf week by hand. To me, that’s a game-changer. Highly recommended!

I am so excited to have this new bread maker! After reading the instructions, I added the bread mix, water, oil, then sprinkled the yeast over the top and pressed GO. In 3 hours we had the most delicious bread accompanied by that wonderful homemade bread fragrance. The consistency is perfect, the color is perfect, and the taste is fresh. How I ever got along without this bread machine is beyond me!The machine has a very professional stainless steel finish, with touch-sensitive buttons on top. A breeze to use.Customer service in SYBO answered my email quickly with a very kind reply, as I was requesting an extended warranty they were offering. He even attached a PDF cookbook, manual, and a user instruction file.Highly recommend this product and this seller!

There are no recipes on the web for loaf sizes of 1.2 lbs… The manual does not give the user a recipe that makes sense… Their recipe amounts are given in milliliters, grams, spoons, and scoops…Preparing a 1.5 lb. loaf is super easy… but, the cleaning of the lid after the loaf is somewhat messy and time consuming…Please note that this is my first bread machine, so I don’t know how to compare it to other machines…

I don’t bake. I got this cause I throw out a lot of moldy stale bread because I don’t eat that many slices. I’m not a fanatic so this suits me fine. I am branching out to making rolls and different breads using the oven so the kneading feature get more use. I want hotdog buns I make 2 instead of buying an 8 pack from the grocer. Cheaper than buying a full loaf. The manual sucks.

The machine over-bakes the bread, even on the lightest setting. I find it works best if I stop the process before it starts to bake and finish off the bread in the oven. The machine itself is easy to use and cleans up well. Not too happy with the cooking results. The bread is dense and hard.

Love the machine. Using recipes from book. First few loaves were not to my liking but after I started sifting my flour first I have found the recipes in the book are really good. The machine is a really nice size to use in my rv small kitchen. Would recommend this machine. I also like how the pan seats in the machine. Better than my old brevile machine where the gasket kept wearing out. Recommend

To be honest, I’m an old school baking snob and not a fan of breadmakers… but for time and convenience, and because our oven periodically goes out and this doesn’t take away too much from the backup generator, this has proven to be a great budget model for our household. Though, it’s been a bit of a learning curve and its mixer is a bit too basic. So, we tend to mix and pour than just toss the ingredients in.
