   I really, really wanted to like this food processor. I bought it for 40% off. The glass bowl and the stainless steel bowl are gorgeous. Having said that, I compared it to a cheaper food processor. The results were the same. Therefore, I’m returning this one. Here are some problems: Although the bowls are extremely nice, the food doesn’t get chopped very well. In order to get everything chopped uniformly, you’d end up keep grinding until they’re pretty much a slush. I had to pick out the large chunks that didn’t get chopped in order to cut them myself. It’s just not worth having this large item on my counter top.

   This Syvio food processor is surprisingly well made. You don’t often find appliances with glass or stainless steel bowls, and this one has one of each, which is why I love this food processor. The glass bowl is thick and sturdy, and the smaller SS bowl is a nice weight. The bowls have detachable silicone rings at the bottom to keep them from sliding. Hard plastic bowl lids attach easily. The top section with the motor is simple to attach and easy to use. Does a good job of chopping hard vegetables. There are separate blades for each bowl and the blades seem sturdy. The blades come with nicely made protectors when not in use. The sharp blades are somewhat difficult to handle and tight when attaching or removing from the bowl, so I wear a protective glove when handling them.Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Very happy with this purchase so far.

   It took me some time to choose from this food processor and the big brand ones. My main purpose is to make ground meat. From the descriptions, this food processor comes with a glass bowl and a stainless steel bowl, which seem to be more solid than plastic containers that are used by other brand food processors, so I chose this one.I was right, the unit is pretty solid. Also, it’s not complicated to use. However, the step to assemble the blades took me some time to figure out. The instructions are not so clear as seen in the picture. You need to insert and then twist one blade to the other one and it requires some force to get to the click point. This step is really easy to get your hands cut. Considering I use this food processor mostly for meat, I will need to disassemble the blade set after use and wash. I don’t understand why can’t they make the blade set one piece. The user manual also doesn’t mention if it’s dishwasher safe. It says the glass bowl can only handle temperature from 0 to 50 Celsius. For the safety, I will only do hand wash.

   Absolutely a must have for my kitchen. The only drawback is sometimes the part that hooks to the top of the bowl to make it chop can get the food in it and that little spot is harder to clean but I still love this item and it made thanksgiving prep a breeze!

   Every once and awhile a product surprises with its performance. This is that time. At a sale price, I gambled that this would do bread dough, and it performed nicely. I’ve also made arepa dough, with zero issues. I grind chicken gizzards/livers weekly, to add to my dogs diet, and the job is complete in 20-30 seconds. All other processing is a snap.This is the easiest to clean mixer/processor I have ever owned. 6 Stars!!!!!!!!!!

   so far this chop-o-matic is working great. I have to make dog food since my pup is allergic to everything and needed something to chop up the chicken once i cook it. So will get alot of use. Easy to use, love the glass bowl so cleans easy. everything gets chopped so i dont have to open the lid and push food down. Was using my kitchen aid prior to shred and this is so much easier.
