Easy to use once my oldest daughter got it today she made French bread and the machine did the rest it mix knead and proof the dough and cooked it all at once easy to keep work station clean and helpful to her since sheβs going to college for baking only issue is when itβs done and you canβt get the bread out thatβs because itβs stuck to the blade read the instructions for troubleshoot it will explain. If you canβt get it out let the pan cool and then grab it by anyway best thing to buy

I bought it and made a few loaves of bread. I then, not thinking, cut into the dough mixer at the bottom of the pan. I contacted the company and asked it was safe to use. They offered to replace, refund or give me back the money for a new mixer part. The customer service was amazing and very helpful. I wound up exchanging it and am so glad I did. The bread is so soft and full of flavor. I would highly recommend this company and break maker.

The only thing that I dislike is the instruction booklet. Doesn’t explain all the features and what they do. All the different rests when baking the different breads that my other maker did.Other then that, I’m happy so far.

I bought this thinking it was a brand I could know and trust. The bread maker is not Tesco. What came was Bonsai Kitchen which appears to be a cheap knockoff from a popular manufacturing country. Iβm willing to pay more for decent craftsmanship and this isnβt it.
