I’m not a person who’s crazy about writing a review, but i’ve got to do it on this one.The first thing that attracted me when I saw this product was the color, my favorite shade of green!But that’s not it, I did my research and for the ones I checked out, considering the price, the size, the good reviews, I said this is it!But when I got it, I was disappointed because the power cord is short and the end that connects to the hot pot/grill is kind of loose. I wanted to return it, but I love it and so I said let me try asking if and where I can get a replacement wire/cable.The seller promptly responded and said the cord is meant to be just that long for safety purposes.I sent them a picture and video to show the loose connection and they sent me a replacement of the product! I got the replacement within 4 days they notified me!I tried both the hot pot and the grill and they worked perfectly! The 3 cups water for my soup boiled in about 4 minutes or a little less.I didn’t have anything to grill at that time and so I tried making pancakes! It came out perfect pancakes!Thank you to Jane and Taylor of Deals4ever for taking care of the issue.I’m happy with this purchase!

Bought this in January, and have used it for more than 10 times in a month. The grill with hot pot is a perfect tool to have, which you can barbecue and eat hot pot at the same time! I used to have a standard size hot pot, and it’s too big for a single person to eat. While quarantine at home, eating hot pot is super awesome experience with this tool!Pro:1. Both functions of hot pot and grill works well, you won’t have the outage on one side while you use the other!2. Individual temperature control for hot pot and grill functions.3. Both hotpot and grill can be heat up very quickly!4. No stains after each time’s grilling.5. Easy cleaning process! After you wash out the residue, you can just wipe it dry without any problem.Cons:1. If the pot and grill can be separate from the bottom, it will be a huge plus!

It does its job and the whole family enjoys it very much. Only problem is cleaning. While not impossible, it would be a lot easier if the pan comes off. Although I don’t submerge it in water, I do have to ensure that water doesn’t go through the vents.

My grill area isn’t working. The pot side heated up very quick and I was able to use it but the grill just wouldn’t turn on.
