   this 8-in-1 microwave is amazing. So far I’ve used the defrost, microwave, combi, and air fry function. I think the key with this microwave is to actually read and use the instruction manual if you want it to work well and save the trial and error time (and save your food in the process). In short, all the functions work amazing, defrost is by far the winner of it all for me. It defrosted smoked salmon without cooking it. Forever a fan just for that.Here are my notes:1. Microwave – I used the “beverage” function to heat up some coffee. It’s the Auto 1 I think (check the manual!) it heated it up nice and hot, it didn’t get cold quick, and I was very pleased. I really only use the microwave for reheating (not cooking), so this was perfect. 5 stars on this front.2. Combi – this was a combo grill/micro function for some hot dogs. I couldn’t find a good guide in the rush of my son requesting hot dogs like he hadn’t eaten anything in the past 6 years of his life, but I did a combi preset, had to do it twice, and while they came out good, almost like on the stove top, I think they could have been better–they lacked a little cooking in the center. I’ll have to do some homework on the best hot dog function to use before my next request.3. Airfry – I cut up some red potatoes (small if you ask me), dressed them with EVOO, salt, paprika and thyme and used the air fryer at 350 F for 30 mins. I MUST DISCLOSE that I have NEVER used an airfryer. Never. I saw it as a frivolous appliance that takes up too much space. Enter this micro. This is why I got the micro in the first place. Back to the potatoes, they could have been cooked a little more for my liking, perhaps a higher temp, but my husband thought they were amazing. Again, I have never air fryed, so probably some novice user error on my end. 5 stars for air frying!4. Defrost. This is where this microwave SHINES like none other. I defrosted smoked salmon. Have you ever done that before????? the edges are ALWAYS *cooked* and I can’t stand that. It defrosted perfectly. Not cooked. Not at all. DEFROSTED as if I’d left it out on the counter to defrost. My God. Chicken? Defrosted like a CHARM. Not cooked! not hot! DEFROSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give this 10,000 stars just for defrosting because I ALWAYS forget to take food out to defrost.

   The only complaint I have is the plug should be one that goes to the side. It sticks way out and I have to plug it in directly behind. Therefor it is way out to the edge of the counter. I had to go buy an extension cord & plug it into that so I could push it back some. Also sure would be nice if the controls would light up…. Iv broiled steak, air fried French fries, baked muffins, baked a loaf of bread & used the microwave.

   4 star rating/5 star review..because the heating time take longer than expected..3 min should be enough time for a microwaved dinner plate…takes about 4-5 min for my personal level..Also no matter how many times you wipe it down fingerprints never go away…I still would recommend because of its abilities..

   This is a very sleek microwave that has every function built in.The air fry and oven functions are more powerful than my conventional oven. The downside to that is your kitchen will get smoky from the heat and exhausted smoke so don’t go crazy with it and don’t let your food burn. Open a window or turn on a vent.The microwave function is noticeably weaker than my old microwave. It takes longer to microwave dishes than I am used to but it does a fairly good job at heating evenly. There is one main knob to start the microwave or quick add time. It takes some getting used to.All of the auto heat functions are located on the inner door area for quick reference. The auto soup function works great and gets my soup hot. You set the approx number of ounces and it will do the rest.The oven tray accessory is useful for fries etc.The microwave is kinda scary if you are not good at reading instructions. If you select the wrong heat mode for what you put inside, you will cause a fire. Definitely not good for kids.Similar to other reviewers, the microwave does not sit level on my counter and it does not have an easy level adjust so you need to put a shim and level it yourself.Some people will love how it will turn the plate to the exact position you started with. So if you put a cup in there, it will finish heating and return the cup with the handle side to you. Very cool.

   The unit works well for most functions and is fairly easy to use if you have read the directions. Unfortunately, the control panel is a mess for the laminate over the buttons has begun to peel badly. Very frustrating since we have only had for 9 months.

   I will be calling the number to explain how to do all the settings because the instructions are poorly written confusion, but I love all the things that it does and it seems to do the microwave very well and air fry. I did it once works good I don’t know how to do the combination cooking, hopefully they can give me the information over the phone soon as I have time to do it. Lol.
