UPDATE: 11/23I received my replacement and everything is working great. Customer service has been amazing thus far. Again, I’m really enjoying this air fryer and it seems that if you have any issues, the company is very responsible and helpful in getting a replacement if something is wrong. I don’t think my new fryer is going to have any issues, again I love this air fryer is super easy to use and clean and I’m so thankful that company contacted me to help me replace the defective one.UPDATE: 11/20I contacted the company for help after posting this review and their customer service was quite helpful. I was outside of my Prime return window of 30 days but the unit has an warranty, and with the help of the company, they are sending me a replacement. I am very pleased with the customer service I received, and I am really hoping that maybe my unit was just defective. Again, I really really like this air fryer, I will update when I have had the newer one for several months to back up It’s longevity.******************Loved this air fryer until it stopped working randomly.I use this air fryer between 4-5 times a week. I’ve had it less than two months and today, it just stopped working. I unplug it between uses, and when I went to plug it in, there was no turn-on beep. I tried a different plug, still no power. I’m not sure why it stopped working. Was literally just sitting were it always does. So disappointed because before this I literally raved about this cooker to everyone. So sad.

I LOVE this air fryer! It keeps meat so tender and juicy and cooks really quick! I rarely use my oven anymore since I have purchased this air fryer. I can fit 4 nice size chicken breasts or pork chops in it at a time. We are a family of 5, so I may purchase a bigger one in the future, but for now- I’m loving this one!

This is my first air fryer and all the hype is true! Cooking time is much less than a standard oven and it uses less electricity. Do yourself a favor and try this product. For the money spent it has enough quality and durability to be more than worth it!

I love this airfryer! I don’t write reviews but this product deserves one. So easy to use and clean and cooks food better than my oven. Makes food crispy and delicious with no mess. I do use parchment paper to avoid a mess. So happy and I love the color!

Actually, 5 stars aren’t enough for this air fryer. I’ve never used one before & decided it was time. I love it!!! I’ve used it at least once a day since it arrived. It’s the easiest thing I’ve ever used. Everything comes out of it perfect. I have a small kitchen & moved things around so I can keep it on the countertop. That’s how much I use it. I’m going to take it with us when we travel in our motor home. No more having to light the oven. I’d never heard of this brand before but I took a chance on it & couldn’t be happier.
