Nice little pot. Very handy for quickly cooking vegetables, eggs, boiling water, etc. without having to use a stove burner. Water comes to a boil very quickly. Faster than a pot on the stove. Handy to have when cooking a lot of food for big gatherings.Mineral deposits not a concern. Any pot will show those, and they can be cleaned off. The metal is very thin, but it still works fine. It does get hot on highest setting, so yes, it can burn food that doesn’t have a lot of water in it. But that’s the same as any pot, anywhere, so you need to watch it or keep it on a very low setting. On the first one I got, the knob was hard to turn & then it came loose after a few uses. Wouldn’t stop turning. Was very quickly & easily replaced and I haven’t used the replacement pot yet, but the knob on this one feels a little questionable so will have to be careful with it. Overall, it’s a great little cook pot though. I really like it & would recommend it.

This is an excellent warming pot, but a marginal boiling pot. Firstly, I like it and use. I use it to warm soups and sauces and then as a serving dish. Thus I found a temp setting good for my purposes and leave it set. Stainless is better in my view than plastic and itβs relatively wide shape makes it stable and the attached plastic base remains cool. It looks good. The concern would be if used on max setting to rapidly boil water or for steaming where it could run dry at high energy and risk failure. It does have a thermostat that appears to work, but it is not constructed with high safety in mind and does not appear safety certified. For instance, the plastics are inexpensive and are unlikely to prevent a melt down if uncontrolled heating occurs. I like the adjustable temp, but use a fixed temp I like rather than adjusting frequently. The quality of the potentiometer is questionable and it may fail if repeatedly used to adjust temp. I also like the glass and metal coverOverall itβs great for my use. I recommend a dedicated water heater pot for boiling water but wouldnβt put soup in one of those!

I use this for my yoni steams if it’s perfectly under my chair… Easy to use and clean and I recommended it a few times. I’m satisfied!

I bought this little pot a few months ago so I was giving it time before I review it. It’s great for temperature control for yoni steaming(this is a huge plus). I don’t like the fact that it stains(or burns) even putting apple cider vinegar and water. I tried cleaning it with vinegar but the herbs stains(or burns) stay. I read a comment to clean with vinegar and water but this still won’t remove the stains(or burns). I would recommend if you are using it for your yoni steams. There isn’t many good steamers on the market for Yoni steamers. Another plus is that it does get HOT and will burn your yoni. Be careful.
