The media could not be loaded. I will change this review as we go. So far we have spent over two hours taking the coating off the metal because they assembled the machine without taking the covering off the equipment. If you turn the equipment on with this coating anywhere you will have the worst smell. In order to get the coating off every screw has to come out. I’m already getting a bad feeling but am hopeful that will change once this part is finished. The instructions are lacking and in need of spell check and proper verbiage. This better work.This is the second recipe on video. There is absolutely no instruction on this for consistency of batter for the machine to work correctly. It’s either to thick and not pushing out donuts or it’s to thin and the donuts don’t hold together. As far as I can see there is no possible way that this machines produces the donuts it says it does in the time it says it does.

So the donut fryer works well, but there are some issues to overcome.First, the power was confusing. In the end, I had to have this wired to a 60amp single pole breaker. As I used this in my restaurant over a captaire hood, I needed that to include a shunt trip, was very hard to find a breaker that was a single pole with shunt trip to say the least. Also the wire it came with was only 10 gauge so this made no sense as we needed to use 6 gauge wire to code.Second, I can’t find replacement parts anywhere. Already my swing arm to connect the rod in the hopper broke as the weld was very poorly done, and now I’m using a dowel rod with glue as a quick fix. Not ideal.But I will give this some stars as once it was hooked up and turned on, it heated up quickly, stays at temp, and the gear to move and flip the donuts works like a charm.Not sure I’d buy this again, but honestly for the price it wasn’t too bad.

I wish I dnt have to put a star honestly I was so excited for the 4 row fried donut machine to get here but now I regret ignoring everyone review honestly this made my day the worst I wanted to use it as a business I can’t because it didn’t work it didn’t heated it didn’t let me change temperature nothing and change timer I’m disappointed how they can’t just sale something like this when it cost a lot shame

Wish I could figure out the consistency of the batter. I tried 4 different and no results, and I think the roller is going in reverse cause it doesn’t push them out
