This is a very nice cooktop. The one draw back is not enough settings for temperature control. Needs more levels at the low end for sure. I would like to see this start at 150 degrees F and go up at 25 degree levels. As it is now it starts at 176 F then jumps to 248 F and then 284 F. most things don’t need super high temps and more control at the low end and an actual on/off switch would make this 5 stars. It has a touch top and each side can be turned on way to easy by any touch.

Last April we moved to a new townhouse and discovered the kitchen was not vented and can not be retrofitted. So we would fill the house with smoke when cooking and boy do we like to cook. Anyway this has solved the problem and I purchased a professional stainless steel chefs cart on wheels with brakes.Now we don’t have to open all the windows and put a box fan in the kitchen window to try to mitigate the smoke in the middle of the tropical summer heat here in Florida. I haven’t used it yet but my husband now prefers to cook out side and we won’t get in trouble with the dreaded HOA.

I bought the product because I have a glass top stove that is the pain of my existence to keep clean and looking like new. I tried my hot plate last night for the first time. It boiled my water fast and I cooked ground meat quickly for my spaghetti sauce. My sauce continued to bubble at a high simmer on the lowest heat setting. I wish the temperature could be lowered to a very low simmer. A keep warm feature would be nice too. I have the product on my kitchen island. I can face the open room unlike I can when I cook on my regular stove.The on/off switches are very sensitive to the touch. It seemed like i was just hovering over the on/off switch and it came on. Since I know how touchy it is, I know to unplug the product as soon as I am finished cooking.Overall, I like the product. It has a modern sleek black design and fits very well with my other black appliances.I did have to get new induction cookware. I tested every pan that I had and not one did a magnet stick to the bottom.

It was working perfectly fine, heat fast and easy to operate but after a month of use one burner doesn’t turn on at all

I used it immediately upon delivery. Works great! I’m going to be using it on a camping trip to honor my 15 year old niece who’s in hospice. Her bucket list item is to have family together and I’m the cook…over 20 people to feed. So it will help immensely.Thank you for what’s turning out to be a wonderful appliance. ?

Bought this to replace a high end induction cooktop that decided to stop working after 6 years. The price seemed too good to be true and the reviews overall were favorable. The interface is easy to use, but my main complaint is that it cooks WAY to high. Like, any level over a 2 can brown/sautée/slow boil. It’s taken me a bit of time to figure out how to cook on it with burning everything. I also don’t like the beep every time you adjust temperature. Overall, it was an inexpensive option and will do temporarily, but it’s not even close to the induction top I had before.

At first it was okay..then we noticed that one burner doesn’t heat quite right where it appears half of it doesn’t heat at all. The other night (I work from home on graveyard), I heard what I thought was water left on. I walked in to find a mouse on the keypad had actually turned on the unit and was burning bacon grease someone left on the cooktop with the child lock on. That could have gone horribly wrong.It is now unplugged unless we need to use it and I’m going back to a smaller 1-burner model since this appears to be an impractical choice. Short Version: they is too much variation in quality and the safety features can be accidentally turned off, making it hazardous in the wrong situations.
