Received my machine fine. started heating the oil up to cook. Then an Error code came up (E–4) and shut the machine complete down. Called support, they said just order a new one… What the heck… I needed it for a High School Fundraiser in three days. This did not make my company look good. DO NOT Buy this machine. Veleor has no support system to help you. I pacifically told the lady I want a service person to call me… No one ever did…
