I would have given this a five but our electron had to do some rewiring.The safety device was backwards. It worked when laying down but would not when standing upright. After rewiring it worked perfect.

Received the steamer and it was full of shattered glass. None of the glass on the machine appeared broken and it works fine so Iโm not sure where the glass came from but there was plenty of it.

The media could not be loaded. ย One of the two units arrived with a bunch of broken glass in it. One had the glass intact. The owners manual was poorly translated from another language and is in broken English. So it’s not very clear in explaining things. The glass is required on the bottom to contain most of the moisture down there. Only allowing some to escape into the upper cabinet. That glass also has to be tempered as it will be exposed to quite a bit of heat. It will cost me $10.00 to have one cut and the edges smoothed over so that they aren’t sharp. The cost in your area will vary. In any case, doing that is way more convenient than sending it back. The units can not be used dry. You must have water in them or they won’t heat up. There is a internal saftey switch that prevents is. There was also a broken weld. Not a issue for me. But it could be for someone else. Watch the video for more details. Over all I think they are good units with a reasonable price and I recommend them. Others are available for two to three times the cost. But that doesn’t necessarily mean two to three times the quality. So, do your research.

I run a bakery chain and bought the first one of these for my store in 2021. We spent quite a bit branding them too. After about 90 days the element rusted and thought the box was in perfect condition, the element is critical to the function of the box. I contact Vevor but did not get any assistance with the element.I purchased an additional 4 boxes to get 4 more elements and every 3-5 months they become faulty, crack or damage. Most recently I reached out to Vevor to request just to buy replacement elements and they responded with”Dear customer,Thanks for your message.Sorry that you take an unpleasant shopping experience on our website.We don’t sell parts, we hope you understand.Thank you for your understanding and support.Best Regards๏ผMia” This is the worst product and worst customer service especially for a company that is selling to businesses.We now have 5 steaming boxes and no functioning elements in less than 18 months.
