I really enjoy this product, however, I find that citrus, lemons or oranges with a thick inner white skin do not juice well at all – about 75% of the juice is loss. The thinner the skin, the best juice extraction – all the juice is removed. The thing is to try and find out how thick the citrus skin is before purchasing from the grocery store. I would like them to correct this one then to ensure any thin or thick skinned lemon or orange will juice fully. Overall, I am please with the product. It really helps since my hands are not as strong as they use to be to stand over a juicer pushing down a half of a lemon for so long for each piece.

What I likedVery easy to use and self explanatory.Worked great, got what I would say (since this is my first juicer like this) it got 95% of all the stuff out of my oranges.It made great fresh squeezed orange juice/lemon juiceLooks pretty nice as well!What I didn’t likeBroke after 2 weeks… the top container is made out of cheap plastic and a component of the storage container broke off in the middle of a press…While it works this thing is awesome however after pressing 4 oranges a day for the last 2 weeks it broke entirely and won’t turn on. I assume this has to due with either a bad “batch” or that is poorly constructed despite the “high quality” looks.Update!I was contacted by the seller and without any hesitation they replaced the entire thing for me!Not only were they prompt and courteous but they listened to what i had to say.My new unit arrived and im not sure why but the latch mechanism is almost… thicker in comparison to the old one. Ive gone back to juicing my oranges everyday for the last 10 days without any issues. 10/10 would recommend this brand and company! they care about there customers

After an injury, I wanted something easier to make lemonade, limeade and other juices. The machine is very easy to use. I’ve used it about 10 times so far and have had no issues. It is easy to take apart for cleaning, and I’ve cleaned the parts by hand as well as just putting them in the dishwasher.

I always hesitate to buy thing not sold by Amazon. I have almost all the different type of juicers available in the market. None of them works to the satisfaction. I was skeptical if this will just be another storage item. I finally decided to give a try. I am SO IMPRESSED. It is very easy to use and clean. It extracts ALL the juice without pressing too hard to have the bitter taste from the skin. I REALLY LOVE it. Highly recommended.

Easy to clean and juice. Having arthritis and joint issues, hand squeezing was getting really hard. Sometimes, the lemons don’t juice correctly. Maybe 1 in 20 halves so that so I just squeeze it. I’m guessing it’s due to the freshness of the lemon and/or shape. Oranges always juice well. I make a huge thing of lemonade twice a week and fresh OJ twice a week as well. My one possible negative note is, the top discolors and you have to use a toothbrush to get close in places. But nothing washing it in a dishwasher can’t take care of. Love this so much!

We have been using our juicer for a few months now. We are very happy with how easy to use it is and its great for saving time. One day, after removing the top part from the dishwasher, we discovered that one of the plastic pieces was broken. I immediately sent an email to customer service and Liz (from customer service) answered my email the day after. She didn’t even ask more questions about it, she sent a replacement in the mail and I got a new one within a few days. I am very pleased with how I was treated by the customer service. She was always very nice, respectful and really helpful, and had the patience to respond to everyone of my emails.
