Update: the seller reached out to me after my review and has been very helpful. I really wanted to love this cup but it has some design flaws. The seller took note of my concerns and apologized for it not being what I wanted. I would consider buying from this seller again.I have this cup as well as the Zoku slush maker. I wanted to try this one because the Zoku one takes several minutes. I was very impressed with how quickly this one turns liquids to slush! It starts working almost immediately and is super easy to use. However, it is really hard to clean and has lots of little nooks and crevices. Recently, I stopped using it because it started to smell really bad. Iโm not sure if itโs because thereโs gunk built up somewhere or if it got a hole somewhere. Regardless, itโs very disappointing. I will stick to the Zoku version. It may take longer but itโs super easy to clean and I havenโt had any issues with it!

The cup does work! 1st Time: I purchased the green slush cup. Pretty cup that’s about it. I have already reported the reason for the return to the seller. I was not satisfied with the product.2nd time: Pink Frozen Magic Cup. The seller sent the pink one for us to try. I have Tried it out. Using what I know as how to best use the cup.. It does work. But there are still no exact directions included with the frozen magic slush cup I received the 2nd time; as to time frame for Step-by-step freezing process and no cleaning instructions included. The seller assures me that those suggestions were heard. She then advised me that they would listen to my advice and attach those instructions in each slushy cup that goes out. I truly hope that’s what they do to help the next customer. The seller has been in constant contact with making sure that the customer satisfaction is met.. I have to commend them on that. They have made every effort for me to enjoy this slushy cup with my granddaughter. Very pleased with the communication between the seller and the customer.

Sadly didnโt work and busted upon first use.Edit**I was promptly reached out to and sent a replacement. Iโm impressed with customer service and will update once my son is able to use it. Heโs out of town but it was originally a gift for him so weโre waiting before using it.

It does work. However, once slushied, it continues to freeze. It turns to solid ice before my daughter can drink can drink it. But if you scoop it out and put it in another cup, it melts quickly. The cup does work as advertised, and we do use it here and there, but it isn’t quite what I was expecting.Update: we may be freezing the cup top long. We just leave it in the freezer when not in use, so that it’s always ready, since asking a 3 year old to wait 2-3 hours for a slushy isn’t all that practical. The seller reached out to address the issues we had and has been very helpful.

My 8 year old son loves his slushy making cup! He uses it almost everyday! It’s really cool! However I don’t like how hard it is to get the slushy out, once you reach towards the bottom. The cup is to tight to to get anything out, without struggling to get it.
