Used the unit twice yesterday – once with a cast iron skillet and once with a non-stick frying pan.Cooked bacon in the skillet – needed some bacon bits and it helped season my old skillet again after a long time sitting in the storage room in my basement.Used the frying pan to fry some shrimp burgers for dinner.The unit worked very well and very fast. Only used heat settings around 300 for the bacon and 280 for the shrimp.Used the Lazy Kay mat which I had ordered with the unit. Everything worked very well.The unit is brand new – should anything change within one year I will update this review.
