   With a bit of trial and error, I was able to get the results I wanted. Here are some things I learned… used cooking spray for the first two batches then didn’t need it for the rest; do not fill the compartments more than half or so, batter will over flow; I used a Whiskware Batter Mixer bottle for the waffle batter. It made it so easy to fill the compartments perfectly without a mess. Clean up is a breeze… just let it cool completely and wipe it off with a damp paper towel. I just wish the detail on the vehicles was a little better but I’m thinking a tad thicker batter will work better? Over all, I love this and I know my grandkids will be thrilled!

   We bought this for our year old grandson. By far this was his parents favorite gift given to him. It is so easy to use. Wipes clean. Very good value. Seven little cars and trucks at a time. He ate seven. A recipe halved made 21. He loves them. That’s all that matters!! What kid wouldn’t love this?

   I bought this for my sister and her grandkids. It exceeded her expectations! She said sometimes you buy something and it doesn’t work quite the way you expected but in this case she was so pleasantly surprised at the way the little vehicles came out and of course the grands were thrilled too. It helps to get a batter dispenser (which I also got her) for precision dispensing.
