This is the best slow cooker I’ve owned. The rectangular shape takes up less room in the cabinet. The snap-on lid and travel bag is very handy. The food cooks nicely in the container and cleans easily. If I were designing it I would have put an Off/On switch on it so you didn’t have to unplug the unit to turn it off. However, overall I love the cooker.

Before I bought this cooker, I read some of the reviews, one thing that stood out was that it made noise while cooking. So we listened while cooking and did not hear any noise at all. The wife is happy with this cooker. She really likes that it is not one piece and is really easy to clean. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a slow cooker.

My husband passed away a year ago so my 10 quart slow cooker became way too big and cumbersome, this is perfect for me. I’ve used it as a slow cooker and cooked with it on the stovetop and it works great both ways. I haven’t used it in the oven yet but see no reason why that wouldn’t be easy enough. So easy to clean and store food in the refrigerator, the storage lid fits very tight so you need to be careful taking it off if you have a liquid dish inside.

It clicks a lot when plugged in and for some time after it is unplugged. The pot’s non-stick is superior to other non-stick pots. This new one gets much hotter than my previous Westbend so I just cook more on the lower heat setting.

our old west bend cooker finally gave out……new one is just what we were looking to replace it with…..heat adjustment is way better than old one…….which was old…….got to love west bend

It does make a cracking sound when it cooks which is a bit unsettling. It makes you think something is wrong with it.

My large slow cooker finally quit, I have a smaller one, but big enough when whole family is here. I tried it when it came , made a large roast and it was great. I highly recommend this.
